thank god all gone now. the virus is was called bugbear@mm this is a W.32trojan virus thankyou nortons for deleting it for me. how to check if you have this virus is click start click search click find files or folders then type in the empty box gig.exe and search then try bugbear if you have any showings with these searches you can clean this if you download tools from norton.com :)

oh dear i think i have a virus. i am unable to open and run nortons antivirus for more than 1% before it closes itself down. HELP what do i do................WTF......

i had this in mine. now deleted. mine has been playing up for a couple of days not been able to shut down succsesfully since me hols. have to reset and go through scandisc everytime.:mad:
