Stuart... That smoke looks more like water to me!! I'd say either a head gasket or coolant leak on one side! (normally head gasket!!) Price it up - don't get rid. Best Wishes Ben

3 electrical gauges (water temp,boost and oil pressure) Cheers Ben

Sorry to sound a bit thick... Does this mean that you just plumbed in the gauges using the cables on the back of the main instrument panel? i.e. patched the feeds for the oil pressure and water temp into the new gauges? Then obvious plumbed the boost guage at the engine point LH feed (where the standard gauge is fed)... Sorry to ask such detailed questions, just in the same boat as Chris. Got the DIN panel, got the gauges wired then in except the feeds... Before screwing it all back together, just wondered whether I should use the sender unit that came with the gauge and even the water temp? Await your response... Ben

Rich, Yeah.. I thought ah, well worth it for a compairson ( a comparison to what though.... Sh*te???) I got there and the interior was dirty, ripped, very poor touch ups done (e.g. overspray). Generally the MOST shabby looking cars ever!!! My 2p worth. Ben

Jeff... Check the power light at boot up and when you try to read a disc... If no joy, check all cables to and from the back of the floppy disc drive... As stated above you can get them from PC World for under £2. Cheers Ben. P.S. Any info on that spoiler?
