ok its simple. if you just step out of the place turn left and walk 15 metres down the road towards the small traffic lights, right there 15 metres from the entrance it happened and i was travelling towards the traffic lights which means bank is on the left. i was driving away from macdonalds :)

MATE you hit the bulleye thats where she works royal bank of scotland thats exactly where it happened. spot on see what ya can do mate. im sure someone there can tell ya what happened as there was alot of attention caused as she tried to leave as i was standing behind her car. 12.50 is when it happened for sure :)

i just got a phone call from her and she says she hasnt got that kinda money and she watched the cctv footage and i was going to fast and she had right of way coz there were cars parked either side so she has right of way thats not right surely? ahhhhhhhhhh im angry now.... right im ringing my insurers.

i dont think she will, looks like she thinks she can just ignore everything and it will be ok but thats not what happens. time will tell.

there is a wieght in the boot lid which you can take out this will help the counter balance if your spolier has soaked up alot of water :)

im trying... i contacted her through text saying basically. hi the offer you made for for 100 quid is not enough, i went to a garage to get a quote which will cost 350 and thats not through insurance. insurance will be a great deal more and its your choice for which way you want it to go. i also said. please let me know by 2mow morn before 11am so i have the 24 hours in which to contact my insurance about the incident. This was all through text as she did not pick up the phone. quite sad really. i have the witness name and address now too and i asked him what he thinks he saw and he said he saw me driving along normally when she reversed out and hit me.

grrrrrr annoyed

I was driving no more thaN 2O MPH at bout 1pm today when a girl reversed out of a parking space causing me to spank the rear right of her bumper. i quickly ran after some young bloke who seen it and asked him to be a witness i took his number. when i got back to the scene she was shouting f'ing and blinding, she wasnt happy. she said why wearnt you looking where you were going couldnt you see i was pulling out??? What the fook??? she said its not her fault..... has she gone mad?. i asked for her deatails but she wouldnt give me them and atempted to drive off so i had to stand behind her car to prevent her from getting away. at this point i rang the police, and vola she started to co-operate. i handed her the phone to the police she said it was my fault. but i had already told the police she tried to drive away and it was happening while i was on the phone to the police. She eventually calmed down and we swaped details. she said she had just sold the car and was buying a bmw and that this would mess up her insurance. AH now i see. she offered me 100 quid to call it even. has she gone insane? thats not guna cover it. I said its guna cost more than that love. So i said il get a quote and let her know the damages and she can decide to go through insurance or not. Ive been to my friends garage and he said it would cost £350 to get it sprayed. he then said if it was to go through insurance it would be priced with a new panel. which in total came to 185 for paint and 360 labour. So its up to her whats shes happy to do. i tried ringing her an hour ago to let her know the quotation but i left a message. im so annoyed why cant people just admit to being in the wrong. she knows it. I can see this one being a very long process. When i pulled of it was obvious what she had done as my tyre was rubbing on the plastic cover under the arch, i had to get out and bend it back. oh and guess what her name is????? TRACY
