Im soo bored, bank holiday weekend has been like death...... nothing to do no work, nothing to catch up on no where to go and the forums been a bit dead too. Ive been watching endless amounts of films, i let the rabbit out a few times until it pissed and pelited on the pillows, those little poos get everywhere. Im sure you could find all the nesscesary bits to do it, but i think youl needs the centre panel where the button sits if im correct i think it was near the electric mirror button or was it near the parking pole button thing TBH i dont really know but hurry it up and get those teins sent off to me asap haha... just kidding..... :D

There are grades on the engine, and they know the grades for the rods so its best to go by what z1 tell you, The engineers will know what grades to use they are the experts, if there are any probs then send them back to z1. But its best to buy the grades when the engine is out. I did it the same way you have done it, i am impatient and have bought grades to what my rebuilder thinks will be ok and if more are needed so be it.

Easy, just take the engine out and have a look in the block at the shafts. haha just kidding. z1 motorsports sell them give them a call for bearing spec or email them... whoops its sunday, damn. Thats why i dont really like sundays you cant get anything done :(

Hi mate? anyluck with the heater valve yet??? Anyway Hesitation could be a number of things. Dirty throttle bodies but you said you have cleaned them so thats not the prob. (they dont have carbs by the way :D) Spark plugs coil conections injector/connections fuel lines/filter/pump/regulator air filter/maf senosr water temp sensor/connector etc Youl have some investigating to do. I have the same prob and its really annoying especailly in a manual as it makes it horrible to pull off but i just havent bothered as im getting an engine rebulild and i have low compression which doesnt do wonders for hesitation either. Best to have a plenum rebuild, take it off and clean replenish everything. Remmember these cars are almost the same age as me haha.

To summerise: egr bypass is better for performance. egr just circulates exhaust gases back to the engine, it suppose to decrease CO2 so harder to pass mot but better performance.

Im sure you can clean them but good luck getting them off and back on without braking :D

Well it works out to 40 dollars shipping, so it would worth purchasing something else from them while your at it...... maybe some uprated energy anti roll bar bushing the front and back would set ya back $30 THATS 15 QUID and they made a big difference to the roll of the car especailly the rear little ones :) Give them a call and ask to put the value down to $30 and as a gift so you dont end up paying customs, or too much of it.
