with all that loose sagging on the shaft i wouldnt be suprised if the uj's are worn if its been driven like that, a centre bearing will set you back 150 big ones, why not spend a little extra cash and buy a one piece prop just to be sure? I certainly would.

they are sticking out quite a bit. Did you need spacers? If you could get the arches rolled out then it would look very aggresive and in my opinion id like it but if it works is just a matter of trial and error :( is that the rear or front? can we see what both look like?

no i mean the toe is affected an the wheels point outwards like when you look at the car from the front not from the side.

i didnt mention the tension arms???? But the front caster will be pushed back slightly though so you may want to have the front tensions adjusted, it does make a diference to the feel and gives a more pointy setup as i think when lowered the caster is pushed back and the wheels point more outwards which makes steering feel a bit less responsive. You wont really need rear traction arms unless you chuck your hicas. But you will need to adjust your camber even with a little lowering they still are affected and will wear the inside of your tyres in no time.

The stock setup is what you need and it will be stored in protyres database. Just make sure they dont over tighten the front arm screws and that the rear rose joints are straight when tightend they are real amatures at protyre and always skive out of work mainly coz the staff are lazy buggers, well at the one i go to anyway. You can however have a slight bit of extra toe in/out and camber -/+ as long as its within tolerence they usualy just adjust it so its in the green then leave it where it is so if i was you id watch them do it so they dont try to con ya, they will give you a print out anyway.

I love 2 strokes but they are too unreliable, the kart engine i have needs rebuild every 7 hours.

ok ive never seen a 2 stroke with more than one cylinder but im sure there is, but not ones ive fiddled with. And i didnt say you couldnt get a single 4 stroke, ive had a few lawn mower singles and i know those crummy karts you raced at z008 were 4 stroke singles you can tell by just hearing them.

think i done that before but lucky it was only going slow, i had adjusted the throttle to stay open just a touch, (remmeber this is a push start one with no clutch just direct power) When i started pushing the kart to jump in, the kart started and reved up, i had to chase it down the pit lane, lucky i managed to jump in and put my hand over the air box :D oh and those things are RAPID 0-60 2.9 secs or so. grip like sh1t to a blanket too. another time i remember the pads were low so thought il give it just another couple laps, whoops!! one of the pads springs broke and they jumped out the caliper just before a hairpin, i went straight off into a grass pit lucky it didnt flip. Anyone ever been to the hoddeston kart track? happend on the first hairpin just after that long right hander.

And a two stroke..... well... 2 strokes :D and many more revs, my 100cc kart can do something stupid like 18000 rpm

think it all depends on the mount of bacteria in ya mouth or the ensimes than kill it or something.... not an expert.
