Just a suggestion but if we do Fox and Hounds at Lanner then we could all go for a drive down to Falmouth after... Don't mind though, whatever suits people... Failing all that then if we meet at the usuall pub in scorrier cause the car park is nice and big we can then nip of somewhere near by for some food... Tricky Dickies does some good grub on a Sunday!

Shame we can't all put our heads together, go into business and invent something for the Z...

That really funny you should say that because my UK manual also weighed in at 1485kg and that was before I got rid of the aircon and all the other weight saving stuff you dont need! :D

I've always been a fan of "GO!" rather than "Show!" and anyway people can exactly see whats under my bonnett when i'm driving so don't think it matters... I'll do a neet job with the reflective tape so i'm sure it will look fine...

I keep seeing the silcone efforts on ebay and get tempted but like Dan says I suppose you've got no flex or give in Hard pipes and with Andy's idea of then wrapping them in heat reflective tape that's sounding like the best option... Just have to weld another small piece of pipe onto the top hoses for my blow off valves to fit on to...

I'm looking to replace my rather worn OEM Turbo pipes with either some Stainless Steel Hard Pipes or the Silcone ones.. I've heard lots about the hard pipes soaking up or generating a lot of heat of the Silicone ones so just wondering what would be best to buy really without loosing performance...

Cheers Andy, your a star! I'm gonna have a go at this tomorrow when I've got more time! You've gotta be right as when there is any warm weather it works fine all day! Any misty, cold, rainy or foggy weather then it just dies or shoots up off the clock... Also if i hit a bump in the road it can go from working to tits up! The Z then cuts out when the boost loads up to 1Bar as if i'm getting boost cut and also the fuel economy seems worse and the steering goes heavy! Not nice! Checked the speed sensor several times and the connecting wire is fine with no cracks and the sensor itself looks well in there so no water can penetrate..

I've got the same problem with My Z and it's got worse this winter.. Was gonna go and buy a new speed sensor from nissan but there £153.64 ex vat! Speedo works fine in the summer and it's just the cold shitty weather that affects it.. Might have to rip my dash out now and resolder all the joints if it's more likely to be that rather than the speed sensor...

Yep, I'm in now, actually managed to get that Sunday off work! :hyper: Looking forward to seeing everyone again and having some bloody good grub!

It will be out this year but not till the last quarter... They wanna perfect everything so it's just perfect... GT5 prologue is stunning to play but the full finished GT5 will be far superior... Be worth the wait!
