as above really. I bought some T28/T3 hybrids but before i get it mapped i need to find out what the maximum boost is i can run safely. How would i go about finding this out?? These were custom made by the supplier as their stages didn't suit what i wanted so doubt they have any of those potatoe shapped graph thingys for them.

This is Criminal just too the engine down to the engine shop and my estimate has jumped up from £750ish - £1020 rar rar rar..... That was for polish porting, gas flow, 3 angel valve set. Crank knife edge and all the engine parts balanced. The first estimate was over the phone and the other one was in person, nothing has changed so didn't really understand why the price has and so much??? youchie. Well it's got to be done otherwise i'll never be happy with it.

oh right it was a oem version. I heard that Microsoft has enabled the retail versions to be reinstalled multible amount of times but don't think that goes for the oem.

That's a good price, where did you get it from? was it a retail or oem? I paid £136 for a retail buisiness upgrade.

what happens if you are parked closely to the car next to you? is there any control over it?

Get some 3g's They are a Brembo disc which 3g drill and groove and some how cheaper, well they were when i bought mine. Try Smithy sure he does them and will supply pads too if needed.

That is bad! You could see some of the little manufactures not bringing driver support out on launch but Nvidia omg.

Try going on the web and getting the latest drivers, could also be because your using the 64bit version and the driver only supports x86.

really is it that bad? I'll just wipe the system, can't be doing with upgrading as you know it will be trouble. Another thing is, i had to get it approved and signed off and saying i needed a new graphics card to run it wasn't going to happen (6200 64mb) woops. I'll just disable all the graphic intense parts for now. I just need to get to grips with it before we are forced purchasing it for staff.

Ok my copy of Vista arrived today. Who else has read that when ordering a retail copy includes both 64bit and 32bit?? well that is a lie!! you get 32bit and ready for this??? you have to buy the 64bit dvd from the vista website costing £6.75 wow! thanks microsoft for falsly advertising your products and for the great customer service everyone loves. Isn't gas flowing the same or a different term for polish and porting? I did ask for polish, port and gas flow but they refered to it as polish and port.

I'm taking everything down to the engine shop Monday. I'm also having it balanced and knife edged. This is what they have requested: Heads, valves, springs. Clutch cover, Flywheel, bolts. Crank Rods and pistons Manifolds and gaskets. I don't have the manifolds yet and i told them this and they said they could make do but........ does it mean it wont be as good job as they can't match them? and what does this actually mean? Also i havn't recieved my new springs yet, my mechanic said to supply the old ones, would this be ok and why do they need the valves and springs anyway?

I just bought the 350z and the Nsx and Skyline body kit to go with it. No num nut told me in store that i needed the skyline for the skyline body kit i assumed i would change the 350z into a skyline. Can you buy new top shells? so i can buy a skyline top shell and add the body kit converting it into a skyline. Halfrauds for ya. Don't suppose you can get a 300 shell??
