  1. damn .. I paid £15 .. normally £20 but I know the guy who's in charge
  2. I met my partner by using a chatroom ICQ as I recall. Still together after three years so that can't be bad .... LOL
  3. I'm Here. So busy today, why does it always get manic on a Friday FFS .. just when I intended to wind down for the weekend ....
  4. Saying that ... What are the chances of two people finding 300zx.co.uk, who both are importing cars on the same ship that sinks?? Getting a bit scary ... You're middle name isn't Jonah is it?
  5. This happened to someone else mate ... http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=33186 bummer ... Sorry to hear you're bad news
  6. I will be changing to porterfield pads when mine run low. I believe Smithy is an official distributor of these.
  7. I like them mate. Looks very nice.
  8. From Watford Up
  9. who voted for 'I love baggins pole'? .. lol ... Pete was it you?
  10. I have a dipstick you can have bud but no sleeve I'm afraid. If you want it just let me know. Chris
  11. LMFAO ... I think you should get rid of the sticker and get a trained chimp with an iron bar to protect the car from theives.
  12. SHIT mate ... That is a complete fooker. I hope you manage to get her sorted. At least you are ok and no-one was hurt. Chris
  13. Lepsons. They are in Gillingham. Quality company, excelllent customer service. They did my split rims for £85.00 each. http://www.lepsons.com
  14. toothbrush for sure .... I can't remember how many hours it took me to clean my engine and bay but it was fookin hard work. I certainly wouldn't let a chimp with a steam cleaner near it.
  15. LMAO ... it really does help if you don't drive like a complete ****er
  16. I do know an excellent place but they are in Kent so I guess not much use to you. Sure someone will know of somewhere in the south west though ..
  17. I think if you like doing track days then you have to be prepared for that kind of outcome. Don't go crying if it happens, assume that it will happen eventually and be prepared for the expense that will inevitably follow. A bummer admittedly, but there is not much you can do about these sorts of things happening TBH.
  18. But it passed with flying colors
  19. JFYI ... I am not intending to steam clean my engine bay ;)
  20. May well invest in one of these mate .... B&Q here I come .. lol
  21. I would suggest looking for the cause of the problem rather than just skimming the disks. If there is juddering, then it could be a warped caliper, tension rod bushes need replacing or even the pistons on the caliper sticking. I am sure someone with more knowledge will help you out.
  22. I think this could be quite useful. Especially if the steam is directed at the exact point.
  23. Yep .. That should be ok ... Just say clear of the electrical connections. Better still, get Ryan down with his steamcleaner .. he loves it ;)
  24. Hi there, I am going to replace my front wheel bolts soon and I went to my local tyre place and they said that they would do them. Have you tried any of your local tyre places? Maybe I am just lucky but they didn't seem to have a problem with changing the studs at all. If I could be arsed I would do them myself as I believe they just knock out.
