Wheel bearings?
Well it this can be caused by the tyres themselves, we changed a diff once as all parties was convinced it was droaning and was surprised when it was still there, the upshot was the tyres had been replaced a few weeks previous and although ok when first fitted had started to produce a drone after a few hundred miles, changing the make and tread pattern cured the issue completely, also worth having a look to see if they are rotational tyres and they are running backwards against the thread pattern, could try swapping the rear wheels from side to side anyway. 17psi how can I turn it down!
That would be fit larger sized boost jets to reduce the boost level, however it is strange the boost has risen since been set up on our calibrated boost gauge? your right to be concerned and let me know if you want some alternative jets. Jeff TT

Wheel bearings?
If you mean shaking, then you may be missing the plastic wheel spigot rings that most after market wheels require, with out these the wheel is hanging off the studs rather than the hub, so getting the wheel centralised is near impossible and will cause shaking. Jeff TT

Worrying Noise
Most if not all zed engines that start easily will rev up when cold and cause a slight rattle as the oil pressure takes a moment to equalise, however any more than that points to other issues, some a concern some not so. A bit more investigation is needed to establish more closely where the noise is coming from, on the next cold start have the bonnet up and see if you can establish if it is a general sound ( normal ) top end ( lifters ) or at the middle front of the engine cambelt top pulley bearing. In the meantime drain the fully synthetic oil and change it for 10w-40 Semi Synthetic, paying for fully synth is not necessary and can promote oil leaks on older engines with less than perfect seals Tickover speed when cold is regulated by the dediicated cold start unit, this can stick sometimes keeping tickover high even when the engine has warmed up, high revs when cold can often be corrected by cleaning the valve out. Common misconception, thin oil, thick oil, abient temperture conditions ( Winter or Summer) many of these are left over from early motoring times, when cars need the heads taking off every 20k miles to decoke the engine and a blind was fitted over vthe radiator in Winter etc, all of this adds confussion to an already confusing subject. Modern engine oils can do it all now with out the need for all of the old school trickery, however I do agree 5w is "too thin" by that I am not talking about viscosity but the molecular structure, smaller structure can flow quicker but it can also leak down quicker back to the sump, leaving lifter valving compromised unless they are in top condition, a "thicker" oil will be less likely to cause the same problem. Oil choice is a very emotive subject and asking 10 people will often get 10 different answers as different cars deal with the changing temperature ranges and load in different ways such as a 3 litre TT Toyota engine will be different to Nissan 300zx engine despite same engine size, comes down to how they are built, many engine oil charts will reccomend just based on engine size and not on an individial basis as the application chart would be like "War and peace" A middle of the road oil is not a compromise but a real world application for lets face it 20 year old engines that need a little lift here and there. JAP import paint code
Paint code is on the metal plate riveted to the slam panel under the bonnet, your code should be AH3. Jeff TT

engine check light
Sorry to rain on your parade Ted but you have not found the fault yet, as I mentioned before the ecu is an early OBC1 type and cannot under any circumstances self report by bringing the engine management light on, shorts and bad connection under the bonnet will not cause this only the ecu issues I mentioned earlier on in the thread. Having re-read the answer by Noz I have to disagree that any of the items he has put in bold will cause an engine mangement light to come on, the ecu is not equiped that way, in fact the number of engines regularly reported to be running poorly here usually caused by bad or disconnected connections is in the hundreds non will report an engine mangagement light event. The list added by Noz has items such as injector leaking and egr valve issues, neither the egr valve or injectors can report back in any way they are not functioning? the egr valve has no electrical connection at all if an injector goes open circuit it just does not work with no engine light, if the injector shorts out the output from the ecu to that injector overloads and damages the ecu there is no protection to the injector outputs at all within the ecu, if the egr valve is removed then no light either The list posted by Noz is INCORRECT and as is often the case has most likely been lifted off the internet somewhere maybe even here when the same question was answered incorrectly before, this is easily done and no disrespect to Noz he was only trying to help. A corrupted chip, a loose chip, a bad solder on the chip socket or even a loose ecu main connector is where the fault will be, whilst doing a code check at the ecu you have unwittingly disturbed the bad connection and made it good but chances are the fault may reappear in time. engine check light
Some, excellent advise there above from Noz however be aware that the ONLY thing that can bring the engine management light on when running is to do with the ecu itself, the system is a basic OB1 type and cannot self report via the engine light unless promted to do so by starting the diagnostic test as mentioned by Noz. A corrupted chip, a loose chip, a bad solder on the chip socket or even a loose ecu main connector is where the fault will be. Good luck with the new purchase and welcome to the forum, sure you will get it sorted from help here. Jeff TT

lightened flywheel and clutch suppliers
Supply and fit is £575+vat for the clutch, this includes gearbox oil change and rear crank seal change, the flywheel is £299+ vat with no extra fitting charge with the clutch of course, we can do a supply only price also. Clutch pedal pressure is only slightly harder, in fact hardly noticable compared to standard. Jeff TT
