  1. one word: class! congrats and cheers! :duffer:
  2. agreed! if only hadn't just bought mine some months ago - i would be all over this right now...
  3. i wish i had the time and money to get involved with all of these guys over everything they do, but fact of the matter is the contract you sign with them allows them to do all this stuff... b*stards - the lot of them. i can provide a few pages worth of screw ups that i have had to deal with but i'm only gonna quote one - my electricity company is charging me power to my garage from a non-existent meter. further more - i do not have power in my garage - this has been going on for over ten years and every couple of years they send me a new bill that is of course greater than the previous one. i've written them about 5 or so letters, had my name removed from the account over the phone about a dozen times, asked to remove the non-existent meter and they have sent out engineers on-site on no less than four occassions to confirm that there is in fact no meter here. the last time i got the bill it was for just under £300... fact of the matter is - we let them get away with it too often...
  4. please do me a favour and let me know cost of importing one... I spoke to nissan in the uk a coupla months ago and they basically kept calling me and telling me the following; 1. we need a £1000 deposit 2. we don't have a price 3. we don't have a date 4. we don't have anymore info than on the website 5. this car is cool 6. this car is fast 7. you want this car 8. we need a £1000 deposit I stopped calling them back as they were leaving me one voicemail per week asking me to callback and everytime i called i asked if they had any new info and they just said "no, but we need a £1000 deposit"... disgusting... :hurl:
  5. Give me a good price on a quality full leather re-trim a la steve300zx and i'm in... what's the best you can do it for? including fitting?

  7. will these fit my standard s2 jdm bumper? guys?
  8. The answer is simple - because it has a huge wing on the back...
  9. keep seeing these two zeds parked up in residents bays in central london - time for a pint, boys (girls?! - fingers crossed...) :duffer:
  10. Really feel for you, compadre... that is a great looking zed, never seen a prolonged bulge like that... and cream interior! Best of luck and naturally will keep eyes peeled... this kinda stuff always reminds me of; - Oh, man, that's ****ed up. - Tell me about it. I had it in storage for three years, it was out for five days and some dickless piece of shit ****ed with it. - They should be ****ing killed. No trial, no jury, straight to execution. - Boy, I wish I could've caught him doing it. I'd have given anything to catch that asshole doing it. It'd been worth him doing it just so I could've caught him doing it. - What a ****er! - What's more chickenshit than ****ing with a man's automobile? I mean, don't **** with another man's vehicle. - You don't do it. - It's just against the rules.
  11. I want this, too... someone do it! :hyper:
  12. 1. subcribe and contact the guy = £20 is worth the info... that could cost you many times more in the long run 2. great car 3. did you start looking at it after you saw a previous post of mine on how cheap/undervalued they are in another thread? 4. ask the guy if the cl500 has the v8 engine that shuts off 4 cylinders in traffic for me please 5. let me know back on this thread, please :smw: cheers
  13. please elaborate in as much detail as possible as this is the big question for me - go wide or update the looks...cheers in advance
  14. lovely car. i thought of doing something similiar except tail, rear lights and bulges/scoops... do wide cars drive differently i wonder? also anyone know if this car is still around? who's the owner, etc... cheers for the pics, leg :duffer:
  15. sorry dummy out, it's just i'm a little bit scared of modding my zed... and i'm not rushing it... i want to think it through thoroughly, so i don't end with one that looks like yours  2. you started it 3. yes that is the sgt c car... anyone got anymore pics of it? I like it a lot!
  16. Does anyone have photos of the black wide strosek on smithys homepage - it says it belongs to matt i think. I would really love to see more of that car, particularly what he's done with the interior. thanks in advance :smw: P.S. Also there is a difference between basing your choices on others opinions by seeing what is available and coming to *YOUR OWN* opinion and following others opinions and just copying others opinions or coming to an opinion which is not really your own... blah blah
  17. oh, no! not you again! ;) *AS I SAID* I will be making *PART* of my decision based on yours views, particularly based on photos and links to the best Z32's out there... come on, dude - don't go off-top again :slap: So I like the following 1. http://www.ameanz.com/gallery/2007_03_25.htm - Love it! best total interior colour 2. http://www.smithys-place.co.uk/ - lovely porker style alloys, too 3. the hatchback from strosek.de - have a .bmp of it, don't know how to put it up :( want to make yourself useful? - pm me your email and i will email you the pic you so you put it up for all to see... thanks 4. the best alloys are the old lambo style ones from strosek - have bmp - someone put it up, please... 5. lots of forum members cars but steve300zx and Jay have truly beautiful cars that i can't help but mention :smw:
  18. So far I'm very happy with my black 94 jdm s2 TT 2+2 auto. So far it's as pure as can be. Thinking of dropping some money on it at to bring it up to scratch. When I got it I was thinking of going wide. Now I'm not so sure. Gonna base part of my decision on answers to this poll, sooo... P.S. Please also post pics or links to the best zed you have ever seen, so that we get to see all of them in one place :smw:
  19. thanks for all the thoughts - will keep mine standard, but just out of interest would 245 rears fit fine on the front?
  20. Hey there guys and gals, I've just acquired UK spec alloys (the ones that take 245 on the rear)... But, and this is the sneaky bit - I am thinking to get another pair of the 245 tyre permitting rears to put on the front... questions; 1) Does this make sense - will it make the driving better? 2) Will they fit? without spacers that is... 3) Do you think they will look good? 4) I'm thinking to put them on so there is less space between the wings and the alloys... Will it be noticeable? Is it worth it? 5) Will it adversely affect the speedometer readings and powersteering? (which i really love on my Zed :) ) P.S. I am only interested in the original 16" alloys as i need high profile tyres for all my local speedbumps and I am inclined to leave the car looking as standard as possible... for now that is :smw:
  21. 100% agreed! My man... ;) One additional thought only - the new GTR will sell well as it's porsche turbo performance for c2 money... Looks more special and I think today's market is more interested in GT-R as a prestige brand with more exclusivity than porker... Let's see how many they make, but my guess is it will outsell the r34 by a factor of 10 if they can produce that many... plus importers will bring them into the uk at far lower than our usual UK rip off prices... GT-R at £40k - yeah, baby, YEAH! :smw:
  22. come on, dude - share the knowledge - SET! US! FREE! :hyper: :hyper: :hyper:
