  1. Here's a pic on one half of his turner, as you can see it's a lot more heavy duty than that other one
  2. Up on the ramps now the real work can start
  3. Got it the on ramps now, the wheels do move independently, but still needs force to do it. So now I'm just so no take the diff off. I have an NA one to go on anyway
  4. haha, I did one a couple of months ago, I too found it very good and informative. When I went it was full of older men, there was me and another around the 30 mark, everyone else was retirement age. Think there was only one female!
  5. Sounds like the problems I'm having
  6. Tyres were all freshly pumped up, will get it on the ramps tomorrow and detach the arms
  7. no gearbox, so I don't think so
  8. trying to move the z around and it seems hard work pushing it, brakes are free, but it seems the diff is making hard to push. is it a limited diff or has the diff seized??
  9. Dodging the rain, but it's out of storage
  10. I love the orange mkiii supra in there projects
  11. Spotted a nice purple Z on the A22 near golden cross at 3pm today. Should of noticed me coming towards you in a white trains it with bright orange sign writing and flashing my lights
  12. Nice long weekend and my Z is coming out of storage to get prepped ready for spraying and engine fitting. Now the question is do I show pics before, during and when it's done or just show the end result? Won't be a quick one as the Z is a 120 miles away from where I live now so will only be able to work on some weekends, but it's taken 5 years to get this far so it definitely has been a slow build!
  13. 2 very nice z's you have there! !!!
  14. I've seen si's, and it's excellent. My favourite car on here and was even better in the flesh. Hoping mine will be as good.
  15. ill give you £5 and a bag of haribo
  16. Getting some good power out of stock tubs, no mention of aftermarket ones being fitted. And £2500 on sound system sounds a bit iffy too. That's without mentioning the dodgy 2 tone paint and wrap job on the outside. I would don't go anywhere near it. * had a second look, and it has had replacement turbo's, and some nice goodies on it, but there are some basics that haven't been done.
  17. Hurry up! !!
  18. I paid £400 for my LWB shell, had everything but the auto gearbox. Had an engine in it, but was told it had a bottom End knock, but I never tried to get it going as I've got a good engine. I've had it in storage for 5 years so far, but the shell has no rust anywhere
  19. I was thinking more of the subframe mounts, as things like tension rods will be replaced at some point anyway
  20. I didn't think 85k was too bad, think the car has been garaged most of its life
  21. Having a look through some of my paperwork and I've notice that the z has only done about 85k miles, but obviously it's 25 years old. Should bushes be replaced due to age or mileage
  22. Welcome
  23. No, think it's a bit strange taking pics of strangers cars Yours was spotted the other day
