I had a yellow on in 2010, but sold it as I had my tt rebuild. It's just taken a while to get started I was thinking jet black and maybe shadow chrome for the trims but not sure if it would be possible

Are you changing the gun metal bits to jet black, yellow or keeping them gun metal?

Same as me then near enough, I quite liked the stripes but will sleep on it, might be a bit too racey

I'll leave it then and hope it's ok, but the previous owner liked fiddling with wires and wire cutters. I do have a spare if it comes to it

Is it worth it? Does that one not have a replacement being sold new? Is that going to give issues as I wanted to go new for all engine bay looms

Is it possible to remove the loom that runs around the front and down the wing easily?

That's good, will make the bay look a bit cleaner

Can the thing next to the pot be gotten rid of. I'm gonna get a new engine bay wiring loom and a new gearbox loom if that helps?

Changing the rear subframe and diff to an NA one, what is changed and what is removed in the engine bay? Also what wiring is removed from converting an auto to a tt?

Stripped out a lot of engine bay stuff and took the dash out

Perks on my old man running a restoration business. They do go up higher, but the boot will catch on the garage doors, get enough clearance for today's jobs. - - - Updated - - - Engine out
