You didnt read my post correctly!!! :slap: you've just repeated what i said!!To Some degree..... :p i said if you read my post 1/3 to 1/2 max amp rms to speaker wattage max handling (not rms of speaker).... :confused: ;) So eg: 600watt amp rms-1200/1400 max input intermittent sub/speaker

When sizing up any Amp to a speaker always go for an amp thats 1/3 to half the output max of the speakers as most speaker's are for example 1200watt max,so Rms would be 500-600watt continous max...If you go any higher than half you will risk damage to the speaker or Amp...

You will need to get the cooling system Pressure tested just to make sure you have no leaks!!! If you have a leak some where the system boil's up as it cant hold its pressure to prevent the lowering of the coolant boiling point hence it seem's to through coolant out of the Expansion Tank... Could be a number of Things and you may have also had an airlock after you refilled the cooling system!! Very common on these Zed's... Like i said to be safe Get a pressure test done and you should find where the problem is (anything from a smail leak to Headgasket Failier) and as above have your Cap pressure tested too to make sure its sealing correctly and the spring is holding the correct pressure... :)

This is Quite common as they get a bit older every Zed ive worked on or Owned has had oil in either the intake pipe or Recirc... Does have one advantage.....?? Stop's the Steel pipes from corroding due to the thin lining of oil round the inside of the tube....! ;)
