Not sure if i can make it yet! Weather looks Great as Usual  . What are the plans for after?
  2. Its that why you wear Sun Glasses! because you have Ugly Eyes?  :D
  3. If you have bubbles in the film use a sewing needle and prick them at the centre of each bubble, then smooth them out with a tinting squeegee. Only prick each one once! If you still have problems with bubbles after doing this use a hairdryer on them the tint will shrink and will take any imperfection out. Dont let the tint get too hot though!
  4. You might not (Vini)but i don't see why others can't try to tint there own windows or learn how to you dont exactly need a Degree. It will save you lots of money if you can achieve an excellent job and if you look on the web i am sure you can find Good instructions on how to tint your own car! Come on its not exactly Rocket science :) It 's all down to the individual but these can be expensive cars to run and any money you can save is a Bonus no mater what it is you would be paying out for as long as the job is done correctly and the outcome of the job is perfect-(Practice make's Perfect!!). I believe thats one of the points of joining an Owners club! Is to able to get the right advice and save money and learn new thing's. Alot of people think you have to be a professional just to achieve a perfect job i think this is Rubbish. You can be self taught or have little knowlege and still end up with excellent results with patience and plenty of practice. I originally Worked in the Motor Trade years ago and i have the advantage of having a lot of skills from the trade so i have that advantage when owning any motor Vehicle! I was a member of the Ford Cortina 1600E Club 12 years ago and most of the Members on there were not Scared to tackle any Job on there cars It was a challenge and any one who was worried about tacklng a Job in the fear of Bad results or failing to complete the Job were given the right advice and Encouraged to do the job themself to save money. My Point is there are enough members on this Club that have experiance they can share with others and there should be some encouragement to help others tackle these jobs themselves should they wish to. Whether its a an OK! job Or PERFECT! Job is down to personal Preference! After all if every job was Passed to a Professional Everytime due to being too scared to tackle the job concerned We would not be able to Keep these cars on the Road.:) I am not getting personal with anyone on Here or trying to start any personal Fight's. I am trying to state a Fact and Give others on here Some Encouragement! :D
  5. Also depends how much of a perfectionist you are! I never do work thats just OK. But then not everyone's like me!

  7. Well Practice Makes Perfect as They Say :D I just think of something else i could spend that £200 on :D ;)
  8. Normally its done in overlapped sections as the screen is curved.
  9. I was Shown how to do it by a Windows tinter in Southampton! :D It easy Mate but Everyones different. Ive tinted 7 cars in the last 2 years and results very good and i get my tint off of a Reputable Window tinter at Discount Price. Its all down to personal preferance really. If you have the time and patience anyone can learn how to do it. ;)
  10. MMM? Tint £20 4mtrs Professional grade, teflon Squeegee £3.99,craft knife 50p/£1,stanley blades, water and detergent,Spray bottle, bucket, paper towels, thinners and of course your Time. Seems worth Doing it yourself to me! :)
  11. Easy to remove! Just gently remove a little bit to give you a start then pull firm but not too much pressure otherwise it will tear. Use paint thinners to remove glue it will be alot easier than using white spirit.

  13. Or Maybe i was up Late! :D
  14. Adjust the Fuel Mixture On A Z32
  15. But Not forgetting the most important Upgrade on an Auto Zed which will make it last a Lot longer is an Uprated Oil Cooler since they do overheat easier at higher boost/Harder driving which is one of the most common problems people forget about! The Boxes themself are very Strong if kept cool. :)
  16. Well I disagree ive had no problems from mine in two years and i am a Mechanic so i keep my Zed well Maintained! As above post really depends how you treat/lookafter your car. :)
  17. Now at Tescos (Millbrook) Southampton
  18. My Starfish like's to give my missus Chocolate Kisses
  19. No i think he's on about his Starfish
  20. The article misses two 10mm bolts which are in the front of the bumper in the large air flow cuttout just above the number plate! :headvswal :)
  21. I'd go with a early opening or stuck Thermostat or a missing one! Would cause low heat output from matrix as well! and you did say the Radiator was barely hot!! When i got my Zed the heater was cool on 35c or 25c and my engine took ages to get to one third of the temperature gauge! When i changed my Cam Belt i removed the thermostat housing only to find there was no thermostat present! Fitted a new one and now i have a hot heater when needed and a halfway reading Temperature Gauge after a few mile's :)
  22. Thought about sticking manual cams in mine? would there be much noticable difference?
  23. I agree the menu looked good and it was nice inside! by the time we got there it was quite busy and hardly anywhere to sit. Went to the Filly inn in Brockenhurst in the end! Excellent food and Traditional Forest Pub Theme. Where did you all go in the end? Did you still go off somewhere to scare the ponys with your load exhausts? Regards
  24. Are we looking at a bigger pub next time? Looked better on the web site than in real life? :D And hopefully it won't be raining on the next Meet! :)
