I know this is off topic but your handbrake travel is too high. You need to adjust the handbrake cables or/& shoes. :)

i Agree with you i believe when you by a Zed you have to accept that these are very expensive car to maintain and you must be willing to repair them regardless of cost! Any part that fails on my Zed will be repaired or replaced with a working part. If it comes to the case where i start disabling parts just because they are Expensive then i might as well Sell it and buy something Cheaper to maintain. I have learned that alot of people buy these High Performance cars that are now aging and expect them to be cheap to maintain. When they do realise how expensive they are to keep on the road they just give up and sell them. :( Pointless getting one in the first place in that case.

Could be worn shocks or springs or even bushes hence why loss of control under bumpy conditions.

It seems a shame to remove it! one of the main things i liked about the Zed was the Hicas! the same setup on Most Skylines. Soon there wont be a single Zed With it. :(

Why don't people just disconnect the Hicas rather than completely remove it? :confused:

You can carry out an injector flow test but that will mean removing the intake manifold and pulling out each injector. But thats normally carried out if you have bad uneven running. See if fuel is entering the cylinders by cranking the engine over quite a few times with one of the plugs out and shine a torch down the plug hole to see if you can see some petrol on the top of the Piston. If answer is yes at least you know you have fuel getting to the cylinders. If no! then that either means you have a blocked fuel filter/Pipe,fuel pump not priming or not operating or faulty or faulty relay/fuse or you have a blocked pump pickup boot or faulty fuel pressure regulator.

1 are you getting a spark from all the plugs? 2 is fuel getting to the injectors? 3 are your injectors working correctly? 4 is your timing correct? 5 have you checked all the cylinders compression? 6 have you checked all relays,connectors and fuses?

He is an internet based company and does not have the Overheads like most Businesses do! hence why his prices could also be lower. It would be nice if we could keep just keep to our own club traders but if you can get the same quality item and same brand as well thats considerably cheaper with the same after service then your allways going to go for the cheaper trader and save money! I am not saying this Guy on Ebay is offering the same deal or better deal than Smithy or other traders on here i am just stating a fact that everyone likes to save as much money as they can. ;)

Still could be CAS they do go without warning! No one could help me on here when i had this trouble and no one thought it would be the CAS just search through my posts. It took two of us to find the fault and i am a mechanic and the other was a mechanic from Nissan! With his Consult and his Zed ;)
