"He say you Braderunner!"
lol ;) As I've just bought myself a new 'True 1080P Upscalling' DVD player, I thought I'd give it a go with a few good films. Was trying Star Wars III earlier.... awesome Now just been trying my fave film..... Bladerunner........ WOW  Absolutely brilliant, especially as it's The Final Cut version with the enhanced 5.1 surround sound and re-mastered. Really works well with the upscalling as well, nice and sharp picture wise I bought myself the LG HT554TH, all in one unit which just happens to match my LG flat panel  and only 245 from ASDA

F.A.O Orange contract customers
Orange sent me a text this morning telling about changing the cost of some calls that are not included in my plan.... they sent me a web link to see, but I'm only allowed to access this site if I use Oranges GPRS network connection..... so I have to pay for something that tells me I'm haveing my contract changed!!! How bloody unfair is that?! Theiving barstewards!

Bit of a strange One
My point was more...."Do you know him?" If not why e-mail him something like that? He's not subscribed or even a regular member, for all you know he could be a member on loads of different car club forums (He's probably not, but it's the point I'm trying to get across ;) ) I've been here 6+ years now and I only vaguely recollect seeing his name pop up before (I'm trying to make a generlisation here and not have a go at Minder!) Yeah, but the least amount of people out there that know, the better! And incidently... "I don't know how to do it", so does that make me less than a Half-Wit? ;)

Half of my electrics are dead!!!!
Makes a change

Main Bulbs, can you set me straight.
Yeah, take your lights apart and give them a good cleaning, including the reverse side of the Dip Beam globe. Straight forward and FREE to do!

Bit of a strange One
On the point of security Z32.... And please 'Minder' don't take offence at this..... But you've e-mailed someone, whom you don't know, and has only posted 66 times in 8 years, exactly how to break into a Z32!! Well done, I now have so much confidence in mine being parked out doors all the time! Personally I'd rather have this sort of information remain closly guarded and not banded about freely!

Half of my electrics are dead!!!!
1) Make sure you have a good electrical meter (Halfords, Maplin etc sell them) 2) Using this link >> http://www.300zx.co.uk/cgi-bin/manual.cgi?list=el&dir=&config=&refresh=&slide=1&cycle=off&scale=0&design=default&total=133 start your way in tracing back from at least one item that doesn't work (Clock, Horn etc) and run through the wiring. I would point you to the exact page, but there are numorous items that you have listed that are not on the same page... But here's the page for the Clock and Horn >> http://www.300zx.co.uk/cgi-bin/manual.cgi?list=el&dir=&config=&refresh=&direction=forward&scale=0&cycle=off&slide=89&design=default&total=133 3) Hopefully you may find a common fault between them all. A Bit Pee'd Off, PC's Gone T**s Up!
Thanks guys for the help  I've got a new HDD coming anyway now so will load Vista on as a full fresh install on the new drive and hope that I can recover my progs from the old drive. If not I've got a lot of work to do ;) I've had operating problems for some time and wanted to do a fresh install with a new HDD to sort it out without loosing all my other progs, so looks like I will be doing now anyway.

A Bit Pee'd Off, PC's Gone T**s Up!
Right miffed this morning, spent two hours last night trying to solve a boot problem on my main PC, only to finally give up and decide I now need a new main hard drive. How it came about...... I loaded some software from a manufactuers original CD, then it needed a re-boot, as it was re-booting it flashed a blue screen up (not enough time to read it) and re-booted and kept on doing this from there on. I couldn't even get into the Boot Menu to try and boot from CD  I did manage to Boot from CD by disconnecting the power to the main HDD, and check my second HDD, which is fine as far as I can tell. So I've got a new HDD coming so will have to re-load everything from scratch, unless I can somehow re-use the old drive once the new one is up and running..... we'll see ;) a bit of playing I think........ A right pain in the arse! At least I've got the lappy :D
