  1. Can I just add a dissclaimer here..................... My previous post is in no way exhurstive, but as I havent seen many members cars, I cant say for certain. I know of quite a few Zed's in here that look fantastic in the photo's, James300, SMW1, ChrisC, Herman's engine bay :x: ;)............. the list goes on. Bring them on to Billings and let me see them :D
  2. Well done guys n gals. I received this this morning, and solved it in 2 mins :D .......................... Google is brill ;)
  3. This is a smart test, try to solve it. R + Cat + Shoe – Rat + Sun – Chose + Moon + I – Noon + Goal + T – Goat – U + E Lets see if you can crack the code.
  4. I agree entierly Mike, but as this was my first job on the Zed, and I thought it might be a bit of a pain in the arse, i decided that it was best in the hands of some who know what the fook he's doing :D, oh! and I didnt have anyone on the other end of the phone i could ask :( But then I've done all my other jobs myself, including this afternoon I'm gona clean the throttle bodies :D
  5. No I got my mechanic to do it, cost me £40, but I've since read on another thread that it's a straight forwrd job to do yourself, but then I've seen 'Straight Forward' jobs before ;)
  6. This is what mine was like, just got hold of Luke at the ZCentre and orded a pair of rear shocks, £30 each, and it tightened the back end up. Shocks
  7. Havent seen many peeps cars 'In-The-Flesh' yet, but most of the ones that I have seen have been very niceley turned out. The most striking of which has to be Lack300's, fantastic interior. TonyC's engine bay is very blingggggg :D (nice guy as well, cheers for the ConZult), Matty, what can I say?? nice motor. But cant wait till Billing to see so many more of you guys n gals.
  8. Take a quick look at these two threads first, Electric Seat Thread 1 Electric Seat Thread 2 HTH
  9. Yeah, Happy birthday mate :D I can get you that drink I owe you for my mobile logo now :duffer:
  10. Andy, why dont you do a POLL on it :D;)
  11. Cherry red pearl TT, private plate, heading north on the A1, then across the M62, then into Blackpool, this Friday (coming) :D Well that'll be me then :D if it makes it :nelson: 'kin hope so  Wave, flash or honk if you see me........................... and knowing me, I'll probably be totally oblivious to everyone else on the road ;) and ignor you!  Hope the suns out this weekend as well
  12. Pete, really sorry for you mate. Like everyone has already said, hope you can sort it OK.
  13. NAH!!!! TBH it is absolutley f***ing horrible.
  14. HOW MANY bloody little metal rings  Never thought I'd ever finish getting them all off :D But well worth it. Just need some new leather clean/restorer ( as my old one went dry) to give it that 'As-New' look. As soon as the kids saw the rears were done, they loved them :D lol
  15. Your targa glass panels are 'checked' anyway, so, in affect they already have a degree of diffusion built in. But as there is a hell of a lot more glass area in the car anyway, i cant see leaving the blinds in is going to make much more significance.
  16. Whats wrong with it???;)
  17. Well the rears have the 'new' leather inplace, and the front passenger has most of it's leather on, and will be complete by tomorrow night. Wanted to get this done ready for the up-coming bank holiday weekend, as I'm taking the Zed to Blackpool for a dirty weekend............ ermmmmmm i mean coultural trip to the seaside ;) But wont have the drivers side done :( Thanks very much Matty  it's looking very nice indeed. Will try to get some nice pics of the Zed by the sea :D
  18. opsssss, that's what I get from NOT re-checking threads I posted in this morning ;) Sorry guys :slap: :slap:

Got the info direct off the SkylineOwners.com forum, they know the owner, as he's a member on there.
  22. PMSL   that's funny Rich. Scortboy, welcome to the club :D
  23. Sounds like a good idea to me. Especially as i've never done a track day before, and quite like the idea. Having some form of tuition is good, as I'm quite sure that the total novices (like myself) could be dangeous to the more experianced amongst us. Also it would be nice to know how to handle the car properly, not that I cant drive it, but I drive to MY degree of knowledge/limit, because afterall, we cherish our Zed's and wouldnt want to damage them.
