Dave, It sounds to me that you have fitted a new rad that is one inch wider than the standard one. Well if you have chosen to fit an aftermarket rad, then that is your choice, and I'm sure that Smithy's pipe kit is designed for the standard rad. So then, you have chosen for the extra work!!!! So in essence, whats your problem????? It was YOUR choice!!

Just been out to the car park to have a look for you, and got it in my hand. Its a push-fit type, 5w 12v. There is a 'E19' number stamped into it, but not sure if this is a bulb type, or a Euro type approval. As for the second part, sorry, but I cant help on that bit. HTH

Just had a look over them, not impressed, like you say, not many Zeds, but plenty of that horrible red, black and white 'Thing'. And far too many 'Arty-Farty' pics for my likeing, not that I'm saying I am any better a photographer, but then i dont charge for my pics!! ;) :nelson:

Spotted a 'Brown', :confused: , P reg convertable in Grantham today (29th) at the junction of Manthorpe Road and Belton Lane traffic lights, around 11:40 (am) Dont supose it's anybody on here, but thought it was strange on such a lovely day like today, he had the roof up :confused:

As far as i know, they are the same people. when i was looking for mine, I kept an eye open on their site, but wasn't very impressed. Always had the same adverts in Autotrader web aite each and every week, and when you clicked for further info, the descriptions and pics didn't match :confused: So i never bothered. Not saying that they were dodgy or anything, but just didnt like to see somthing displayed wrongly.

Walking around our pitch at Billings, I noticed quite a few Zeds that had some sort of rear light mod or other, that covered over the reflector. Either Painted over, had some sort of plastic/vinyl tape over them or round lights. So how do you get away with the MOT??????? No Reflector means a failed MOT, doesn't it? Just a thought. :confused:

I'm gona do this to mine :D .................... Already got my spare rear panel :D I beleive inverters, for this application, are available from Maplin and RS Components, if that helps?

Thats exactley why I went for the Mongoose S/S system when my back box went. It looks standard(ish) and sounds nice, and wasn't all that expensive.

Yep, and congrates from me also. Yeah, good ideas Mark. Not sure about Sunday, but I think we fell down on the general parking arrangements on Saturday, caursing problems for people leaving. The Tax Disc with you name on it, was a fantastic idea (still got mine on my screen :D) Will defo be there again next year, hopefully with a rear spoiler attached this time ;) lol, sorry for letting the side down :( Apart from that a very good effort by all this year.

My girlfriend came with me to Billing, and loved the day, she really likes my Zed, and the whole car thing in general. So I'm voting a :D But the Zed is too big for her, so she's looking for something smaller, maybe convertable, trying to convince her that the MX5 isnt for her, shown her the Honda S2000, which I quite like, and so does she, but a bit expensive at the mo.

Yes indeed he was the same one.......... When I went upto him I asked "Excuse me, but does anyone know the owner of either of the two 350's at the front?" His reply, immediatley was "Yes, me, why?" with a snotty tone!!!! :xxx: I mean I could of been a genuine person wishing to know more about them, but he started with an attitude straight away, not a very nice way to greet people! So a snotty attitude from, what I saw as, snotty people, who were looking down their noses at us from the start, bunch of :xxx:

The Z car line-up, on the ZClub stand, Crappiest spoiler award goes to........:D And I got into trouble for taking this one, hence the crap picture, as I was sneaking it ;) A great day, plenty of sunshine, great bunch of people, and got the chance to relax and eat :D. In fact I think everytime we came back to the car, we were eating, well you have to try everything ;) Only one thing spoiled the day for me, and that was the miserable ******* who owned the 350Z on the owners stand next to us, as I asked him politly if he could just move his Z a little to let me out, and basically he said no!! I wasnt asking much, out of the four cars directley in front of me, three owners were in the meeting, and the over had the ecu in bits :D. So much for inter-club friendship, **** them from now on!!
