Help Anyone Please
When I did mine I had the luxery of taking the rad out, and giving it a good flush through, then slowly filled it, then left it over night, and refilled it the next day, then did the same another night, and again the following night. Probably well OTT, but then I wasn't using it as I was waiting for the new front bumper, so couldn't use it anyway. Incidentley, I've had no problems with it since, always hold the right amount of water in it. The old method was to hand-pump the rubber hoses, but that was out as I'd fitted Smithys solid SS pipes ;)

It was nice to meet you too :D Karen really wanted to go, so she decided to brave it at the last minute, which ment that I went from Grantham all the way down to south of Leicester to pick her up, then up north to Thoresby :D but it was worth it to have her there with me. We took the day easy, and kept resting as much as we could, she's still in a great deal of pain at the moment, but she did enjoy herself. So if anyone that I spoke to yesterday thought that Karen kept looking strange, well put that down to trying to put herself in a comfortable position ;) I've not been back home properly yet, so I'll post up the pics that I took this evening, once I've sorted them out.

rear panel with brake light
Take a look at this pic of mine...... The blue circled ones are what you'll have on yours (the red ones are additional for what was on mine) The new perspex panel comes with a rubber seal going all round the top edge, and a foam seal all over the back. You get two threaded fixings and four blue plastic push-in fixings, which are all inter-changeable. The plastic one just push into the square holes (see pic above) but there wont be four of these, prob only three, hence the threaded ones. Just drill a suitable hole in the place where the fourth would have been, and it'll help to fasten it tight. It also comes with two fixed threaded fixings either side of the brake lamp. The brake lamp plug will fit directly to your existing female plug in the boot lid. HTH

Your help required.....
As I've just posted in the Thoresby Hall (JAPS) thread, I'm in the process of producing a new compilation Z DVD, hopefully in time for Xmas. It won't be ready untill around then because I want to include as much as I can from this years shows as well......... and thats where your help is required :D I'm going to be putting vid clips and stills together with music along with all the Z adverts (although if I receive enough clips and stills I'll leave the ads out). I'm looking for high res stills and clips, but no phone-cam pics as the quality wont transfer to the TV screen. Not only this years but going back over the last couple of years aswell. I would rather receive the original version, as some quality is lost once it is posted on the net. I am aiming to sell the DVD's for around the £5 mark, I'll be taking around £2 for the materials (disc, box, ink, and disc label) with the remainder going to charity. If it's popular enough it'll be open to all registed mambers aswell as subscribded. Anybody wishing to contribute, please E-Mail me at ddvharrison(AT)aol.com (insert@)(I'm on 1meg broadband, so don't worry about the file size;) ) Thank you very much in advance.

Thoresby Jap Meet Tomorrow
If anyone wants a copy of the Zed DVD compilation that I've made up, I'll be bringing a few copies with me, only £2.50 (profits going to charity) All the Z's through the decades from the first 240Z of 1970, right upto the current 350 Z soft top advert for 2005.coupled with some stuff produced by enthusiats (sp) Incidently, I'm now in the process of compiling a huge 2 1/2 hour DVD, hopefully in time for xmas this year. This one will include all the adverts, plus loads of photos from the last three years shows in this country (including some of this years shows) Again I'll only be taking costs, any profit will go to charity, more details soon.

Who's your fantasy Tele babe?

Who's your fantasy Tele babe?
"Tripitaka (Masako Natsume) In the programme as in the book, it is the monk Tripitaka that Monkey and his pals are ordered to protect on his journey to India to retrieve the scriptures. Tripikata does not fight with Monkey et al and is a peaceful character, who always wants to help. Through the use of the headache sutra, he has control over Monkey so can force him to help whenever he is less than cooperative. Despite Tripikata being a bloke, the role in the programme was actually played by a woman, the enigmatic Masako Natsume. Natsume had already featured in Japanese entertainment programmes and was well-known throughout Japan and well-liked as an actress. She was the face of Japanese cosmetics company 'Kanebo' for some time prior to playing the role of the 'boy monk' Tripikata. So a bit like Natalie Imbrulia with a hat on then. Tragically, Natsume died in 1985 of leukemia, aged just 27. The whole of Japan was saddened by her death and she remains a popular figure. Memorabilia sells well in Japan to this day."

Excel
As I agree with the method here, I'd say that you stand a good chance of making it bigger than the 250k upload limit, you could then resize it and drop it below this limit, but then why bother, just saving it as an .xls in the first place would make it a small file size anyway. You don't even have to open any other progs or doing anything else with it this way. Just a thought, and with no dissrespect to splatt :D
