As above i owe a BIG THANKYOU to Z world.I live in Tamworth and today went out to drop something off for my forthcoming wedding on Friday and got back to the car and she had a flat battery and been an auto no chance of a push start so phoned work and no one had any jumpleads so last chance i phoned Z world spoke to Linda who spoke to Geoff who sent Jamie and within 20 minutes car was started and i was off on my way asked how much and was told no problem we don't won't anything so as above THANKYOU very much i know Geoff i banned but i hope he can still read this.:bow::bow:

i can't put his ecu in mine as his is manuel and mine is an auto.Vern no bulbs blown or anything.It all started after it come back from the bodyshop after a re-spray yhe guy said the battery had gone flat and he had sprayed the air filter with the stuff in a can which helps start cars cannot remember the name and after a while battery went dead so he put a boost pack on it to fire it up and it worked but don't know if this has got anything to do with it but it all startred after this and yes you guessed it it fooked the maf up so it has been replaced.

A mate of mine is having problems with his Z by the looks of it,it keeps blowing the ecu the problem he had at first was no spark so he changed crank angle sensor and i cannot remember what else but i know the ptu has not been changed and it is a s1.So back to it so he brought a mines ecu off ebay and it worked for a while well till last night when i get a phone call same again no spark so he borrowed my ecu again and the car started straight away so what are the chances of 2 faulty ecu's and is there anything we can check to stop this happening the car is a 92 tt lwb jap import.

I did the same i had been after a Z for a while come across mine in Preston phoned Geoff and he talked me through the sale i got the car and took it straight to Z world spent a couple of hours there talking about the car he done a consult check give the car a once over and cost me less than a £100 i live in Tamworth and see him quite regularly top man nothing is to much trouble and boy does he know his stuff.

Tried this but the bleed valve is fooked just run it with the cap off for a while took a little bit of water but not a lot i have just a new cap to see if this does the trick cos i have noticed water on the floor in the garage on the passenger side wright at the front but it had a new rad last year and a new bottom hose so hopefully it's nothing to serious.

First trip to the dentist today for 25 years to have a scale and polish and i still fooking hate it.I think its the sound of that drill it makes me come out in goose pimples i dont know i must be the biggest fairy on here all 18 stone of me.Still not to bad only need 2 fillings.

Well nearly i don't know why temp went heater went cold luckerly only 2 mins from home so stopped when i got home turned the car off took the rad cap off slowly and wooosh steam everywhere i have checked the oil and no water in the oil so its not the head gasket thank fook.Need some help on how to bleed the system standard rad bleed valve is ronded off have tryed running with the rad cap off but heater is still going hot and cold.Also water in the expansion tank is cold is this wright sorry for the lenght of the thread but wanted to cover everything.Ah its a 94 TT auto.

A friend of mine had the same problem swapped the ecu and it was fine .

As i said in a previous post i did mine yesterday the low pressure is the pipe at the bottom and has an "L" on the dust cap its a bit fiddly to get the valve on just make sure it is or when you come to charge the system it wont work but well worth it.

Ihave just used the same thing with no probs have you put it on the low pressure side mine worked fine aircon is know blowing nice and cold.

Talking about ebay i have just got hold of a mines ecu are thay any good and how hard are thay to re prog.

After reading the above posts i am know worried i got my filter off ebay from a firm called Conceptua tuning.The box is blue and all it has on it is blue printand on the other side it has manufactured for automotive distributors ltd by the nippon micro filter co .ltd anyone any ideas if this is any good.

Thanks for the quick response a freind of mine has just got his 300 back from the body shop.first the maf went so he changed that now the car starts but does not run properly then get a phone call last night saying car strarts but when i turn the key off the car is still running which is not good so will take my spare ecu up to him later and give it a go fingers crossed it that.
