??? the calipers on the gts skyline are the same and the same fitment? so if they bolt onto the skyline they should bolt onto the zed? also the skyline gts has the same offset of the zed as well

first of all get it checked over, o2 sensors, temp sensors, timing etc find someone with a conzult to have a look to see if any of these are adding to it running rich, turbo cars run rich anyway to build in some safety but it does sap the power ;)

you have to remember that the oem 280 bhp is at the fly so about 230-240 at the wheels so for a 10 year old + car is not bad ;) plus going rich is safe but saps power so yes with a decent chip it would run and produce more power :)

she goes out 2 or 3 times a day :) but when were both working she goes to my mums and we often take her down to the beach as well for a run and swim ;) Mike

What was going to say, yes will bolt straight on and i seriously doubt you would ever notice the difference power wise or lag wise ;)

difficult to say, at the moment its not too much but it all depends on how well its mapped and if it will need a remap and also any jobs which need doing, i know it needs a few bits and bobs already but i need to keep in mind its not for me and not to spend loads on it as i will need to sell it on and at least make something on it ;) but all being well it should be up for sale at a very nice price indeed :cool: Mike

As i say its just dirty at the moment and the engine bay needs a good clean up and tidy and possibly fit a few bits of bling to make it look nicer as its more functional at the moment :) Also i "think" its running an fcon so i may sell that on and fit an aem yet but i dont want to spend too much as i will need to sell it on and wans to keep the costs as low as possible but i also want it running right ;)

to be honest apart from a set of nasty wheels it looks standard so depending on what condition the bodywork is in i may fit a 99 spec front bumper and rear spoiler and i will change the wheels and also put in some oem seats as its got 2 different kinds of recaros in at the moment which is a little silly ;) think i have a pic somewhere 2 secs

My boxer puppy is getting a bit large to go in the back of my golf so looking around to get a cheapish estate car as a runaround. So far been thinking scooby wagon or 850 R?? Dont really want to spend more than £3k ish as its only to run the dog around and generally arse around in :p

too right mate, ive already been offered a 600 bhp single turbo supra which i was soo tempted by as its a cracker but ive already put a deposit on an mx5 for the wife and if i bought the supra i wouldnt be able to afford the mx5 and you know what the darling said no worries and i could buy the supra if i wanted :cool: little love, so how could i do that to her :nono: so pick the mx5 up tomorrow but i must admit i do have some cash spare so been looking but i think i will buy one in japan and ship it over

No one is saying ban smoking all together although lets face it if they did then alot of people would stay alive longer but at the end of the day its upto them person who smokes!! what were saying is ban it from public places where it can affect people who dont smoke!! simple As for revenue i'm sure it wont be far off balancing the books from what it costs to keep the smokers alive and if i remember rightly the cost of treating smokers faaaaaaaaaar out does the costs of drinkers!! people do what they want to do but if somethings harmful and more importantly harmful to me, my kid etc then i dont want it around me so in public places yes ban it, in your own home then you do what you want to do :)
