Why ohh why is it such a pain in the ass to fit subs in the zed. Tried 12's...no Had to go 10's but still tight to fit everything in. Took all day just to remove everything and start building the sub boxes. So tomorrow is the day, 2 vega subs 2 amps and try and make everything work again:rolleyes: Kirbz

*****cks On my way from York yesterday 82 MPH on the motorway...i mean 82 mph have they got nothing better to do than this?? Wasnt even in my zed. I'm not joking within a 10 mile drive from york i saw over 10 police cars either on the road or at the side waiting to nick people. OOOHHH i forgot there's no other people breaking the law is there only us drivers, i mean the world has been ridded of muggers, murderers, rapists, thieves etc hasnt it. And to cap it all off got stopped on my way home from the chinese take away to give me a *****cking about my number plates, again a valuable use of police time and effort...well done the boys in blue i'm so glad my tax money is being used in a good way :confused: Also wish me look, i'm ripping all my stereo out tomorrow and building a new one with more subs and bass and more subs...so no doubt i'll get stopped for playing my music too loud soon ;) Finished my moaning Kirbz

I think most people who have 18's have either 8 or 8.5 on the front, mine are 8.5's and have been on the car for 6 years and no problems Kirbz

If i had the choice i think even though i luv my zed if i had 30k would i buy another??!! I would shop around and get a r34 gtr you can get a decent one for 30k. Wouldnt get a supra...see other thread regarding supra!! TVR?? Nice situation to be in :D Kirbz

There's just something i dont like about the supra, i see one and think thank god i didnt then i see another thats kitted up and think mmm maybe but then i look at my zed which body wise is pretty standard and pat myself on the back and tell myself what a good buy. And To totally make sure i made the right choice my zed was parked up next to a kitted supra on the morecambe promanade the other day loads of people walking past and guess which stopped the most people.....i'll give you a clue..not the supra:D :D Banana Rules:dance: :dance: kirbz

Hi I'm working on a boot build at the moment. With either 2x12's or 10's, amp rack...spare wheel still there and straps for the targa's!! Can it be done you all ask? well i will find out on saturday when i measure it all up and start building. Watch this space Kirbz

Hi There standard injectors but i have two extra ones!! to handle the extra fuel needed. But when funds allow i will have the extra injectors removed and 555's put in and a new ecu...when funds allow;) Kirbz

Went to try the wheels tonight and well they fit i suppose but the car looks like bigfoot!! the fronts are fine but the back must have a massive offset cos they stick out about 3 inches more than my others. Totally gutted :cry: Can this be over come or am i on a loser?? If you have a wide kit they will probably look awsome and not need spacers. If theres nothing i can do to make them fit mine let me know if you want them as i have first refusal on them and there quite cheep!! Kirbz

The alloys that i'm looking at are blitz 03's very nice but they are advertised as fitting NISSAN SKYLINE/TOYOTA SUPRA/LEXUS 300, now i thought skylines have the same fitting etc at 300's but i didnt know about the supra?? So wheels that fit a supra also fit a 300?? I dont want to buy them and find out they dont fit :rolleyes: Cheers Kirbz

;) The child in me needs more boost. I have a long friendly bit of banter on which car is quicker. My mate who owns a garage has a typr r sti impreza and he's modded it to the extreme, recently adding a huge turbo, new ecu and it re mapped to 1.8 bar :eek: b*****d's pushing 400+ bhp now so i need to be able to catch him. I know over 60 i will waste him but its that old upto 60 thing, i just think its just impossible to get a 300 to less than 4.5 sec 60. His impreza will do 3.5ish to 60 now!! Mine still looks better but i need more power so looks like the cheque books coming out for more mods :slap: Dont tell the wife Kirbz

I was looking at emanage because it is fairly cheap to install. And as long as its done properly it should work fine, i know you can buy better ecu's but my wallet is getting very light and the missus is starting to ask questions, taking her to these meetings might have been a mistake cos the secret came out...everything costs £50:rolleyes: :rolleyes: :D Kirbz
