its not the actual bumper you have to cut, its the black plastic fog light holder thingy (technical term) that has to be slightly cut but not much, its off my car at the moment if you want me to take a pic to show you how little needs modding. with regards to meshing, i ran meshing on my yellow car for months with a FMIC etc and never had any problems?? I modded mine, mainly to get more air to the FMIC but for a more agressive OEM look :) i did it on my last one and meshed it and it looked well ;) i'm thinking of mashing this one in black mesh but will see

lol dont take it to heart mate, i (me) just dont like big bodykits as i'm sure plenty more on here dont!! if you like it then it doesnt matter what other people think :) i just think the lines of the zed are beautiful and should be left alone but this is my "personal" opinion :tongue: ah and all the "fight fight" people, me and mac are good friends and talk all the time so just because we take the pi55 sometimes on here doesnt mean we have fallen out or anything :smash: Mike

no disrespect to macs car as were good friends but apart from a bodykit mine will have a much higher a spec personally i dont like bodykits but i suppose for 3 or 4k you could add a silly wide arse kit :tongue: me smells a waster!! no doubt a 17 year old with a nova :rolleyes: :xxx:

well the new engine is guaranteed to 1200 bhp but i doubt i will see anywhere near that unless i go to trust T67 turbos which are just too big for the zed engine. i do plan on nos depending on the lag :dance:

should be gapped to 0.8mm i have used hks plugs which are actually denso plugs and had no problems with them at all ;) saying that i have ngk's in my zed at the moment and there fine Mike

if your considering going for a bigger brake setup in the near future then i would just take your discs and get them skimmed at a local engine workshop, cost you about £25 ish and will last a while then with no wobble ;) Mike

If he thinks he will be out fueling the border kit then the only turbos he could possible be running is he 3037's or poss the T67's but there biiiig turbos and on our engine not gonna see boost till 5000 revs so pure dyno machine nothing else!!

IMHO the best ever cooling mod you can do on the zed is to clear out all the flashing in the block along the water ways. You wouldnt believe how much will be in there and how much it restricts the water flow!! then just the usual, uprated intercooler and rad Mike

yeh throttle gasket, rubber O ring for the balance bar and its the plenum to inlet manifold gasket you need. I get my nissan ones from MJP on here, always had great service and usually got them next day :) Mike
