yes mate spray adhesive is only good for up to 50'c or so and the car will get hotter than that - caravans use a hot melt system but i guess that is out of the question for most people - most contact adhesives would probably not be too clever either but you can get high temp ones which go to 120'c or so which should do the trick Regards, alex
