Rainwater causing me problems
I seem to remember that a member on here had the same issues, and fitted a "shield" around the a/m intake, to stop the water coming into contact with the filter, thus flowing into the maf. Just a little thought people.... Al.

anyone fitted short shift??
It feels ok matey, nice and short, instead of the long throw from standard. If i were to fit a short shifter again, i would fit the Z1 shifter, looks top quality matey. The e-bay and motorsport website shifters are pretty cheaply made, and the bearing is pathetic, to say the least. Al.
-
anyone fitted short shift??
No problems at all matey, just a bit fiddly with the attachment bolts. The only problem i found is the spherical bearing is shite. The tolerence is huge and will eventually rattle. I have changed mine to a teflon bearing, or get the Z1 shifter. Al.

Vehicle registration 'oil' (ztech)????
Sorry to say this matey, but i have seen, and been a part of this sort of thing. There are many garages out there to claim they know the 300 like "the back of my hand". I have heard many bad reports of "ZTECH", but this not the only "bad" garage out there. I was sucked into a similar ordeal as you matey, but with a bit less money. The thing that really grinds me is, these people know who they are, and they properbly will read this and think, "so fooking what, i got your money". That boils me to the bone, but hey, will all remember and never forget. Justice is ours. Al.
