Im thinking of buying a beast of a ZED
I'd ask Kirbz nicely and see if he's bring me in a moderate-big power car from Japan. Then get the cosmetic stuff done yourself to your taste in the UK. I've been thinking about doing this myself - but I don't really have the cash and I'll probably just try and pay off a bit of the mortgage instead.

Alarm advice please...
Oops, sorry!

Alarm advice please...
When I got my car three years ago I went for a simple Meta alarm. It's Cat 1. It doesn't have any fancy features but it's given three years with no problems at all (touch wood). I'd go for it again rather than one that closes windows, starts the engine etc.

Alarm advice please...
Suffolk ZX said Clifford aren't good. My thoughts are that anay alarm's only as good as whoever fits it.

Shrimpy's Grounding Kit Review
Lol - unfortunatley I have no interest in making what's under the bonnet look nice. Respect to those who do, but it's not for me.

Alarm advice please...
In my experience (fitting motorbike alarms) any alarm fitted badly will be a real nightmare. But if Clifford have a bad rep it's worth avoiding them.

Shrimpy's Grounding Kit Review
Are you sure it's not a just placebo effect? Maybe we could do a blind test and disconnect (or not!) the grounding kit and see if you can tell. Not that I want to harm Shrimpy's business - if we could prove these kits really are that good, he could sell millions.

Isle of Man TT - video
Dave Jeffries - a great rider - sadly killed racing at the Ise of Man. :( He sure could ride though!

Just a few thing in my research for a Zed?
http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=86312 An NA is probably better on fuel everywhere excpet a gentle motorway journey when a TT *might* be better due to taller gearing. But difference in the cost of owning is not that big - unless the turbos go pop. It sounds like insurance is a big factor - get on the phone to at least five companies. It's a pain but you need an accurate figure. NAs probably aren't any cheaper to insure than TTs though. And UK TTss might be cheaper than NAs (which are all imports). I think most insurance companies just pull a random figure out of their arse.

It all depends how you use them but I'd say front discs last about 50,000-60,000 miles.

Please don't ask how I found this!

why a Z won't be good at drifting?
I think 'Steer from the Rear' professional drift demo team used 300ZX so they must be ok for drifting. Google 'steer from the rear'

Knightsbridge Performance's Z demo car
Posessive pronoun so no apostrophe needed IMO. As in "The house was tall. Its roof was 80 feet in the air". The roof belongs to the house but the house is represented by a pronoun (it) so no apostrophe is used for the posessive.

Knightsbridge Performance's Z demo car
She does look like a scrubber. "The little scrubbers, they love it!" Great legs. edit - ok at grammer, not so clever with computers!

Knightsbridge Performance's Z demo car
I think that would be a posessive pronoun. 'Their' refers to Jack and Jill (ie is a pronoun). When a pronoun is posessive it doesn't have an apostrophe. But I could be wrong - and yes, the tits are more interesting.

Knightsbridge Performance's Z demo car
Lol - not sure Maybe "there, there's and their". I can't think where you would apply a possessive or an abbreviative apostrophe to "their". But I could be wrong.

Knightsbridge Performance's Z demo car
Not sure "their's" is correct how you've used it?
