Santa Pod
I have a nasty feeling the Volvo would cane my 300 NA. I'll have to mesmerise him with speed and technique. :wack:

King Of Europe
He he, it's like someone's emptied out a bag of cats and you've got to get them all into a big box or something.

Do you display tax?
Some good points. Yes, it's illegal, yes I could get fined. But that's the same case for doing 80mph on the motorway and I bet most of you do that too. I think I may put the tax discs on though - £80 is £80 and I guess they won't make the car look too scruffy although it does look better without!

"Yo bitch, mother fukker, goddamn, "I keep you high - bitch, I'm the man" Can't argue with Snoop

Do you display tax?
I haven't bothered putting tax on my car or bike for over two years. I tax them but don't stick the disc on. At first I did it by mistake but realised it looked better IMO. Never had a problem with the police and if I did I think I could just say: "errrr I thought it was there - maybe someone nicked it". Does anyone else not display their tax disc? Had any problems?

Buying Advice
Bell Direct were cheapest for me. Some people find Adrian Flux good. Houghtons are the 'club' insurer and good if you're 30+.

JAE events????
My 'break dance' workshops offered in an previous thread were not well received. :x: Part 1) footwork, the six step and the two step Part 2) power-moves and freezes Part 3) competitive dancing and team events "The caterpillar" will obviously not be included. I can cover "the flail", "the windmill" and "the electric boogaloo". It's not difficult: footwork, footwork, footwork, footwork, power-move, power-move, freeze. :smash:

Made an offer today ??
Didn't STEVE-O have an IROC?
-
Made an offer today ??
They are nice cars with great presence. I'd keep the Z though - LHD is a bit of a pain and I think it'll be less fun to drive.

What did you do with your zed today?
That is BUSY  (and not a drill in sight :x: )

A Big Thank You To The Ne Lads
Who owns that white car...? That looks SWEET - especially the wheels.

Bmw?
Good car I think and low-ish depreciation. Do you really need the 4WD? I'd go for a regular RWD if possible. The turbo-diesels are ok for older ones too. :x:

RIP Pope John Paul II
Did anyone see this? http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/programmes/panorama/3147672.stm Don't want to offend anyone but it was pretty shocking IMHO. "Panorama has travelled across four continents to talk to those directly affected by the Pope's conservative teachings on sex. "The team has discovered that the Catholic Church - contrary to mainstream scientific opinion - is claiming that condoms have microscopic holes in them which allow the HIV virus through. "The World Health Organisation has condemned this view as dangerous. "Panorama also meets the pro-life mayor who has taken control of Manila City's health clinics, banning the Pill and condoms, and schoolgirls raped by their own father, yet obliged to carry his babies to term. "

350z owners
Some 350Z owners are car enthusiast who know about its heritage. Some are upward young professionals (or others) who don't know much about cars but had the money to buy a nice one, read a car mag or review in a sunday paper and went out and bought the best value coupe available. I guess they won't know what a 300 is.
