I'm hoping to come along but can't be sure as work may crap on my weekend. I'll not take up a pass but hope to see you guys there.
  2. Jesus wept - fair play to you but I wouldn't be comfortable with those things in the house.
  3. I'll probably be there!
  4. And if there was a reason you layed off the booze before, stay off it! Sure you know that though mate! ;)
  5. A reliable, well regarded trader quoted me a bit over £1000 for drive in, drive out job with recon standard turbos.
  6. Go for orange and do this I recon. It'd look top.
  7. Thinking about replacing my steering wheel with another standard one. I assume they all fit? Both have airbag and horn - no other controls. How easy are they to swap over? Bear in mind I'm a mechanical incompetent. Cheers gents
  8. Well deserved by the look of the pics of it - it looks awesome!
  9. I'm so, so sorry to hear that. Our thought are with you.

    Welcome mate!
  11. 205 are kind of thin. Are they standard wheels? I think standard pressures are about 36psi...? Do a search if you haven't gone already!
  12. D'oh - can't make it - sorry - hope it went well! Show us the photos!
  13. I'm hoping to make it along - will wash the car today (that should guarantee rain - whoops)
  14. My old man is trying do do up a little house in Scotland. Any idea what sort of lacquer can be used on interior brass door handles to stop them needing polishing all the time? Cheers gents! Tim :D
  15. Isn't that in PS and it's actually 225bhp? :x:
  16. Christ mate, so sorry to hear that. Glad you're feeling a bit better now though - good to have you back on the board.
  17. Excellent! Your Z is the Michelle Marsh of Japanese cars!
  18. Has anyone e-mailed that bloke that runs it (Steve something) offering our services? I'm sure he'd do one of those rolling road / Bruntingthorpe days on 300ZXs. They're all lazy, journalists, and if we can offer 10-15 cars in one place at one time (his choice of time and venue, probably he'd want a week day!), he'd probably jump at the chance. They may not be doing many articles far in advance as a new low-volume mag like this is a bit of a gamble and could get the plug pulled after 6-12 months depending on how well it sells.
  19. I'm 30. I had to think for at least 10 seconds about it - wasn't sure if I'm 31 or not. So 30 with the mind of an 80 year old sound about right.
  20. That does sound about perfect! Might make it a plain naan though, and the main curry less hot.
  21. ha ha ha - he must have been gutted! Good one!
  22. I think cooking oil plus a dash of white spirit - I'm sure the information's out there. The exhaust smells like a chip shop and the law can conviscate the vehicle. So maybe worthwhile on an old Peugeot, not on a new E320CDI! I THINK you can run legaly on cooking oil if you declare it and pay the duty - it still works out much cheaper than pump diesel.
