put some cord in the piping!! eg the strips that your using as piping fold them over some thick cord or u can buy plastic piping to fold it over! otherwise it will colapse & lose shape on corners etc! ps u need a good sewing machine to do leather work !! a household machine probably wont be up to the job!

:shifty: dogs lick it off as they pee on your wheel lol ... this tip restores the plastic without any silicone etc which will wash off in a couple of days although i still recomend applying plastic conditioner over the top to give it a nice shine & for some uv protection,

like this... lol... i beat u to it still need finishing yet

is it actuall going into gear? eg the linkage doing its job? or is the lever just moving? can u start the car in any gear?

This tip alot of u may not have seen before we do it at work alot as Vauxhalls are prone to this problem..(fading plastics...eg bumpers or door bump strips etc) using a hot air gun on the faded plastic restores it to its former glory see pics!! :drool:[/img]

did u do up the 4 small bolts on the torque converter to fly wheel accessed through where the starter motor goes??

not the same mate! the studs go all the way around unlike in your pic where they stop for each spoke! ones in your pic are slimmer too,

ok can u start it in gear? if not the inhiberter sw is ok. check the trans fluid level if its low it cant get enough pressure to select gear! check for leaks too

i can get u a full retrim in leather of your choice & colours including piping or double stitch, for £800 & u wont get a better job i promise u! its a mate of mine & its his job he's been doing classic & modern cars for over 20 years & there aint nothing he cant do & he can get them embroiderd or embossed with your choice of logo writting etc he is the nutz! cars boats he even does the lands end planes lol also furniture upholstery ..anything really & bloody good at it all. he's down here in Cornwall tho thats the only problem...well its not a problem if u live here:tt2:

before u try pulling the injector swap the connecter with another injector thats working & turn the cas by hand see if it still sounds week? might be a bad conection?
