Parallel I think, I just found the earth from the rear light cluster and the live feed to the light cluster, and came off them straight to the 3rd light, (i.e running a live and earth all the way from the back of the light back down the boot lid to the 3rd light with both cables...

well i thought thos but wouldnt a short blow fuse??

i have just installed my new light panel with the 3rd brake light, wired into the brake light loom up the quarter panel back down through the boot lid into the panel, at first it worked fine, but soon after all brake lights failed and has caused the battery to flatten, i have since just cut the feed cable and now it is fine with just my two light clusters workin as normal, whats happening to my 3rd brake light guys? During this hot weather I was coasting down hill at about 20mph in 2nd gear and it starting to ploom blue smoke out of the exhausts as soon as accelerated the smoke cleared. I have had the PCV changed approx 2000 miles ago Cheers Guys, Dan

Hmmm, interesting, well in a nut shell when my car hits a bump it sometimes feels like the rear of the car isnt connected to the front, I changed my springs and it improved significantly but still dosnt feel great :-S

Has anyone upgraded to poly bushes? If so, which did you change? Would you recommend it? Where is the best place to buy from? Cheers guys, Dan

Did you try unplugging your o2 sensors? as this can rule out a faulty injector i believe!?!

I had a similar problem, well still do actually, but to cure the problem on mine I unplugged both O2 sensors, runs fine with them disconnected, as soon as I reconnect them I get all sorts of mis fires and bad running, gotta be worth a try mate!

Yesterday coming back from Supercar Sunday I got stuck in traffic and my oil temp slowly crept up to just under 100 degrees celcious, I could tell that the car was very hot, the clutch didnt feel right and I was getting some puffs of blue smoke out of the exhaust whilst idling. My question is, what temperature is the oil safe to climb to in my 300zx tt? Cheers, Dan

Lastnight I stripped my boot out to start tidying up my audio (get rid of the horrible sub box and hide the amps and cables, install new carpet etc) However, when I lifted the space saver wheel out the floor is all rusty. I gave it a good tap in several places and it all seems sound. It dosnt look pleasent and wiped my hand over left my hands orange! What do you guys recommend doing with it? Thanks, Dan

My dad had a UK G reg z31 so yes quite possibly a z31
