My daily run about has started to really overheat. I fill the expansion tank with water, but within a few minutes it's gurgling away and the temperature gauge has shot up to the top. There's also no heat coming out of the heater, or there's a little bit for a few minutes then blows cold air. Any ideas?

I know I've not posted in a while. Been away from Nissans for the last 9 months, but I may be getting another! This is not for me, but for a work colleague who made an error of judgement at a roundabout in his subaru imprezza. ;) After i knew no-one was hurt, apart from his ego of course, and I'd stopped laughing at him, he told me that Subaru want over £9000 to repair and respray! So, does anybody know of any trustworthy bodyshops in Cumbria, preferably near Penrith. I imagine it could be further afield due to Subaru's asking price. Cheers, Brian.

Software Keystroke loggers are good, but make sure you get one that operates in full 'stealth mode'. Otherwise they pop up when someone logs on. A good software one will be able to take screenshots as well at defined periods, and if you want, can email them out as well. Keystroke logging devices also worth looking at, as they plug in inline with your keyboard as it plugs into the back of the PC. You can then recover the logs off of the device. Not that Ive ever been through this process at all. :rolleyes:

Just make sure the company you do the Intranet for really knows what it wants from it, instead of it becoming a white elephant. The last two companies Ive worked for wanted an Intranet, because it was the thing to have. They had no idea that it would involve a change in working culture and how procedures would have to be changed. Therefore both projects failedin the long run, because the business didnt want to change the way the they did things. In the end they became little more that glorified telephone lists. This applies regardless of the technology used. HTH. :)

Huge amounts, all nicely filed. I kept this up, so its still got everything since 2000, which was when it was imported. :)
