I have been given up about a month now. I used to smoke about 10 a day minimum for about 6 years on and off. Always stopped and then started again...this time I really do intend to stay stopped. I still get cravings every now and then, but I get through 5 packs of XXX mints a week and afda 5 mins, the cravings go. Its all about keeping your mind busy when the craving comes on. As soon as it does, just think about the next mod for your zed!!! HTH Although tonight I am going out for the first time since i stopped.....real tester for me but I know how I'll feel in the morning if I do smoke.
