Anyone tinted their lights this way?
Hi guys. I want to tint my lights, in the past ive just sprayed the whole unit. That gives a matte effect. If i want that glossy then i lacquer over it. But i want to try something a bit more factory looking so howabout this. Ive taken the inserts out of a spare light unit (you see where this is going) has anyone ever sprayed these directly then put them back in the car. This way it wont affect the unit, but the lenses will be tinted. I cant make my mind up if it will look nice or be completely crap. Id keep the reflector there for legal reasons. Thanks Mark

I saw someone put a post up a few weeks ago about this site. http://www.thetoolboxshop.com/0-012-71-junior-timer-2-way-connector-2420-p.asp Seems good. Unusual pets
They can bite. I have had one draw blood before. but its quite rare. (the one that bit me died the next day of old age, she was going for a fly that was on my hand, she missed) This is what i mean by getting the right species though, some will sit on your hand and eat, some will attack you

Unusual pets
before you go on buying some guys id do your research on species and stuff. Some of them can be hard tp keep and do need regulated heat and stuff, and some you cant handle. For a first time keeper id get either a chinese or african mantis.
-
Unusual pets
Yeah, crickets are good, but they need to be feed fresh food aswel so as not to poison the mantis.
-
Unusual pets
You can actually get them of ebay now. They have to be sold as live food to abide by ebay rules :D Heat mat (not essential but good) depending on species a good misting of water for a humid cage and fresh food. pretty easy to keep really

Unusual pets
In species? yeah size, colour, agressiveness. Id like another african mantis, theyre pretty big
-
Unusual pets
Haha, yeah. They are pretty awesome. I used to feed my first one on spiders only. loved them

Rear light reflector question
Hi guys. Ive been pondering... I love the looks of a gloss black light bar like so. Now when ive had mot's in the past on other cars ive had a spare set of lights to put on and off, just incase the tester has a problem with it. The only true argument ive had against it is that the reflector needs to reflect no matter how tinted it is. My question is (from getting inspiration from a spoiler thats just been sold on here) can i gloss over the reflectors in the light units and have the desired effect and then use the brake light on the spoiler as a reflector. Or does it need to be on both sides of the vehicle?

Cracked lights fixable?
they were described as both have hair line carks.?? No detailed images just one generic shot, couldnt see anything bad in the picture. Thats a bit shit then. Think ill just salvage the orange then. And practice on them
