Some lowlife scum sucking Twats tried to nick my car on Friday night.And guess what we got them :hyper: Since my respray my central locking has been playing up and 1 time out of 10 it doesnt lock.Well this was the 1 time. I got a phone call at 4 in the morning of this copper i know telling me to come outside as someone has reported my alarm going off.They had rifled the glove box before they were disturbed and managed to leave a glove behind. Well anyway i was stood there talking to the cops when a white Astra drove past which the cops stopped,only to find it was full of chav scum from a local estate,and on searching the car found the other glove. One of them was a 28 year old chav bitch who they arrested for drink driving and for outstanding warrents.And another guy who they did for my car. Needless to say the others are being dealt with. :mac1: I have since fixed my centeral locking and there was no damage to my car. And from now on its parked on my drive.

Another good tip for anyone with cream or light leather seats is that magic erasure from woolies.JEEEZZ it brings them up like new.Ive tried all the cleaning products out there liquids,creams you name it,but just a bit of this white foam stuff beats them all hands down. :bow:

Hi Dewi yeh i tried Smithy and he gave me a company he used to use.However they lost the pattern so were no help. Glad the head came out OK.

Does anybody know where i can get some oil feed pipes for T28 turbos? Preferbly braided. Thanks. Steve

Hi Jaffa why not try the same set up as me ? Ive gone for the GT28R turbos. The only things you have to get are HKS uprated actuators,5 stud down pipes and new coustom oil feeds. Good power for little money if you have the other bits to go with it (intercoolers,Injectors etc) And if you dont boost to much good on stock internals. The GT28RS turbos look a little extreme for stock internals for my likeing leading to a short engine life.Where as Garrett rate the 28Rs at somthing like a maximum of 630bph a pair which is ample for the VG30 DETT with about 16-18 psi hopefully giving about 450bhp. So what im saying is dont go mad with masive turbos thinking you will get massive HP running stock every thing else without somthing going bang, Ive looked long and hard into this before deciding on my set up.And i think for the money ive gone the right way. Yeh i had a bit of a gap but got around that by cutting a jubillee clip in half and self tapping one side to the car and one side to the Viper wing and screwing the clip until the gap closed to the line of the door.
