  3. (David Blunkett could use that in Parliament! ) Nah he's better off with the DOG he has got...... :D At least when it's got the harness on it can't get away.. And lets face it you wouldn't want to harness the lady with the spotty BALLOON AR$E Dave...
  4. Jesus is that an ar$e for the blind ????? it's even got the instructions in braille
  5. Glad you are OKish and trying to get on with things. I bumped my zed last October thanks to a taxi driver pulling out in front of me. I spun out of control on the wet road as i overtook him. First bump in 18yrs. Apart from the accident the worst part was the stick from the lads at work. But after a couple of weeks they found something else to amuse themselves with. Like you say every1s OK. Put it down to experience albeit a bad one. Best wishes Dave
  6. Class.........:D
  7. Best wishes to you both............ Dave
  8. Aki was it S.E.M you tried ? If it was he said he would do mine but only if i stripped them down at a cost of £60 each......for him to strip them down he wanted £150 each ....but to be honest with you he didn't really seem that interested in doing them hence the high prices ????? Dave........

FairZXTT With the engine switched off press the brake pedal a couple of times until pedal goes firm & keep your foot on the brake pedal then start the engine ......the brake pedal should drop down a bit if the servo and connecting pipework is operational but as Andy says it might be a cracked hose making it less effective.....Dave
  11. Chris........i think Paul G has the short shift fitted to his car....and his skill level must be getting better as it has not fell off........YET Unless he is telling porkies and is only pretending its a short shift Dave :D
  12. Gavo .........no the auto is still acting up.....but it is still drivable. Lucky it is only the overdrive not working correctly......
  13. Just thought i would take a break from counting the pennies to answer your post...........Stick with your manual N/A as it looked a very clean motor.......Better the Devil you know :D As for Paul G ....he doesn't need to count his money...... AS HE IS THAT TIGHT HE NEVER SPENDS ANYTHING.............He even cries when he has to spend a penny !!!!!!
  14. Timmy ...... Most garages should be able to do a pressure check on your coolant system to identify any leaks in your system..... If you have no visible leaks ( other than underneath the expansion tank ) it is possible your water pump is on its way (not circulating the coolant sufficient enough ) causing the coolant to exit via the expansion tank ...... Dave
