If your not experienced in welding I would leave it to a professional welder, if you were ever to have an accident seat mounts are the last thing you want breaking loose. Buy your welding machine and tack weld the mounts together but get a pro to do the welding. Just thinking of your well being should the worst happen. Paul

Don't try and tow start an auto you may damage the gearbox as the oil pump inside the box will not be working and you will damage the clutch plates. Paul
