  3. I have the same thing with my box after I got a manual conversion. Cost me £500 to get it taken down and back on a truck so I never sent it back but I wished that I did now.

  5. Want to change the steering wheel to something a little better looking and was wondering what i could take out the engine bay that is realated to the cruise con and is there pods without these on/off buttons on them??? A good link would be good as a "how to" would also be good.

Just started doin the carbon canister removal as i have finished the 60K service and felt like doin a bit more but i have been following a print out from a page called "Robo's twin turbo info" and where it says to put the fuel tank line to the lower line with a small bit of hose i can't because i don't have that lower line in my car for some reason. Anybody know wher it needs to go as i can't turn back as i was a little harsh in the way i removed the canister. It's a 1990 TT Lwb Jap.
  10. 22 and had the zed for a year also had a DD40 ban so my ins not to funny.
  11. Get a bit when the car is started and the box is cold but when i drive it a few miles it soon goes away and is ready to race.
  12. Anyone think this will be ok or is it a case of try and see?
  13. Don't have any probs with it, just want to move it out of sight to clean up the look of the engine bay.

  16. Has anyone on here had any probs with mounting the P.T.U where the carbon canister is? Plan on removing the canister and putting the P.T.U down there but a bit worried about it getting wet or overheating or something. Cheers Steve.
  17. Was well into fords before i got hold of my Z, had a 90-spec rs turbo and thats how i know it was a cossie. Think the tuned cossie has a good chance even against a tuned Z. Still like to think the Z would win tho.

Done a saph cossi a few months back, not sure if it was a RWD or a 4WD but i let it go the first time it had a try, but when it tried to take the p*ss the second time i went for it and just after i passed him all I seen in the rear view mirrior was lot's of black smoke from it. Don't know what happened to it tho but it didn't look good

  21. Ok thanks but i think i might go for the scarab front with indicator from te z-centre that havebuilt-in sidelights and then get the carbon air ducts. So many ideas so little pennys. Does anyone know if the scarab front bumper is to low without side skirts or should i start a ne thread for tht Q??
  22. Yeh but if they are correct that means i need the fogs as they are also the sidelights and if I remove them I won't pass the M.O.T.
