only place i would sort of trust with work is envy in blyth, my mate takes his 400bhp R32 gtr there and its always full of supras, rx7's etc quoted me £350 for an hks timing belt fitted but only thing is they dnt have a rolling road, another guy u could try is andy irwin in lemington as he owns a 400bhp Z and his gaff has a rolling road, not sure what kind of diagnostic equipment they have though, i dont want to slate the place but i took my NA z there a couple of years ago to have aq clutch fitted and i had just fitted green stuff pads then two weeks later they were down to the early warning scraper, wont be going back meself

injectors look a light blue colour from what i can see

had it at a local place on the rollers yesterday and he said fuelling is fine on tickover and midrange but if you floor it it just throws petrol in, but then again he told me it wasnt chipped but when i looked its got the socket fitted to fit the chip, exhaust fumes are a bit black and the back of the car keeps gettin covered in soot

car used to be CADpauls smoothed Z,unknown chip, hks evc1, hks blow off valves, hks induction kit, custom exhaust 3inch system from turbos back, uprated intercoolers ummmm think thats it, car is H reg with 47k on the clocks al nip out nd try to see colour of injectors, av got the battery disconnected at the minute coz after fitting new chip (supposedly based on a mines ecu map) the engine management light keeps flickering on

did you ever sort this problem? i recently bought a jap spec tt manual which is overfuelling like a b*tch and wont let me run more than 10psi without complaining, i tried a different chip and its even worse wont go over 5psi now!

bump! ok plumbed in a boost gauge the day as the hks one isnt workin 4 sum reason and turned down the boost usin the adjusters on the back of the controller and found that anythin over 10psi i get detonation, the cars an import and im running it on optimax, should i be using a fuel additive aswell like an octane booster or something? with the chip im using im supposed to be able to run 1bar of boost plz help!

car is chipped, hks induction kit and has uprated smic's

i've checked all connections and pipes that i can see and everythin seems fine, its only ever been since i tried to get it to sit in the glove box nicely in its holder thingy

me boost controller is playin up! i keep getting detonation even when low boost is pressed :mad: if i switch it off it boosts around 9-10psi, if i click the manual button and turn the nob (hee hee!) all the way down i still get det, u reckon its time for a new controller? :cry:

need me car setting up properly, its running so rich the back end keeps getting covered in soot :(

i get about 140-150 miles to a tank out of my jap tt manual (chipped) and around 160 in my uk auto tt, the manual is running really rich though need to get it seen to back of the car gets covered in black soot

mines goin in the trader next week for 3k it stands me around 2200 and it needs the heater matrix changed (pipes have been joined to stop leaking) lets see how many people offer me stupid money for it lol

make sure u dnt get stopped by the police or u will be thrown str8 in the nick! lol! you could try takin the front cover off and pushin it back manually?

2 years?! thats just askin for trouble!!
