Will a front bumper fit inside a Z?
With the fornt seat in the laid back position and the rear seats folded forward you can easily get it in. You can even fit in an after market fibre glass one with the seats in this position. Rear bumpers also fit (even a wings west moulded to a standard one), had it in mine all the way up to newcastle.

Engine rebuild help/advice
If you want to upgrade your turbo's you can either stick to the 4 bolt ones like the JWT500's or you can go larger, but then if you are going to go larger you will be looking at the 5 bolt types which will require upgraded downpipes and likely fabrication of your existing exhaust. But then if you are going bigger turbo's you may as well fit 555's as well. Then you are looking at a remap. It's a long and windy road to upgrading. It all comes down to cost v what you want.

Millionair
Great Idea Nick I wish all the best and will even click on a buy it now. I think you should have put a picture of a sad cat or something lol. Soppiness gets you very far sometimes. Jimmy, I think it would have been more considerate for you to wait until Nick finished his auction. Now there's two of them it's going to be a lot less effective.

Buying any car is a gamble. The problem with a fresh import is that most of them don’t come with service history or any receipts of the work that it has had done to it. Even buying a car that has been here for a while only has a limited service history. Mines a Jap import and has been in the country wince 1994, but although it was built in late ’89 it’s only got full service history etc since ’94. The advantage of a Jap model is that it’s likely to have less Rust on the underside due to the lack of salt used on the roads in Japan. It also comes with folding mirrors and hasn’t got the ugly headlamp washers. The down side is that the insurance can sometimes be a little more expensive and you have after market switches somewhere for the fog lamps which the car has to have when it arrives in the country to pass it’s tests. Fairlady mean Jap import. It’s exactly the same spec as the UK version (performance wise) with very minimal differences light positioning of the seat belts, lap belts in the rear rather than 3 pointers, Speedo in LHM rather than MPH, boost read in a different unit etc. All things that can be easily converted to UK spec. I have a conzult which is on a laptop PC, which you get free with my car when you buy it lol. No near the midlands so can’t help you there, sorry. A divorced downpipe is not related to the wastegate. The wastegate controls how much boost the turbo’s get. The down pipes allow the flow of air out of the turbo’s.

Car battery charger question
I have a capacitor for the ICE installed in my boot. I can see it though the back window. So I know if the car has enough power to start or if I need to fast start it with a charger :). When it sits at 11.7 it's good to start, anything below 10 and I'm gonna do my impression of a toy machine gun !
