  1. I had the same sort of thing mate, May sound strange but check your sump tank for dents. If it is dented then it will create a vaccum which could make this noice. I'm having mine bashed out at the moment since the engines off, and I've been told that my stock turbo's are in very good condition as well
  2. Am I right in saying that you will notice the power increase more at the top end rather than 0-60 ?
  3. If it's gonna go bang then it will, so I don't think an oil change or the likes will help much, unless of course it's well overdue. Maybe I'm wrong

Cerina has something similar to this in her car, next to the AFR. Just seems to go up and down all the time. Fook knows what it's doing LMAO !!!
  5. Yeah number 15. Absolute quality :D
  6. I tried to get a copy today mate but they were all sold out . Must be a good cover story ;)
  7. Common problem with all after market bumpers mate. We had the same problem with one sode of James believe it or not. I've fitted 4 different bumpers to 4 different 300zx's and every single one took a slight drop where the bumper meets the front weel arch/wing. To get round the problem on James we cut the top off the existing screw mount (inside the wing) and used a small nut and bolt to holt it firmly, it now sits flush. Sometimes you can bend the wing mount up slightly but I would suggest replacing the screw (which screws into the plastic) with a nut and bolt. This sould reduce the gap by a fair bit.
  8. I had a go at Bob on Saturday for parking my car next to yours. I said I didn't want it to be parked there incase the curse spread onto my car. :D :D:D:D:D:D

Well the stock boost gauge isn't much cop to be honest. I would personally fit an aftermarket model. You can get theses from £15 - £150 depending on what ones you go for. I have the Avanti gauges as they have 7 different colour back lights. I'm only going to use the light blue but they were cheap and chearful.
  15. Oh sorry about that. Well maybe something like this ? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2192208312&category=14029
  16. Can I have Wednesdays numbers for Cerina and Saturdays numbers for myself ?
  17. Well after the Trax scenairo I have a feeling you'll have to pay up front :D. But then Obviously Mac's running this show so I'm sure he'll fill you in (especially if you don't pay :slap:)

It's not a matter of needing it, we can all drive carefully, but it's so much fun with TC. especially set at 20% slip. ;). Have you ever been in a 300zx TT with Racelogic TC ?. If not you gotta get someone to take you out mate, I'm sure you'll love it. I remember in the convoy at the brighton meet, we were all having a bit of a race, on the A23, we came to a roundabout, not sure who was in the outside lane, but I turned the slip down to 10% and floored it round this roundabout, taking him on the inside, he got his arse out while I shot off into the distance :D. I think most of us who own these cars can drive, some buy TC for Safety, some buy it for fun. I have it for a a bit of both, but it's very rare that I switch it away from 20% slip. That way you can get a good arse out and you can actually correct it before the TC kicks in.
  20. Easy if you got a pair of needle nose pillars for the clip otherwise it's a pain in the arse. when I was changing Paul Gunns, I managed to drop the clip into the midsts of his engine bay . Got it back after a while with the olf faithful telescopic magnet :D.
  21. It's all about tools, time and space mate. I mean all the information is on the here and in the manual. If you have the TTS then you can pretty much do the lot yourself if you have the balls for it :D. Yeah you may cock it up at first but then you learn by your mistakes :D.
  22. How do you find these things out so quickly Mate  Do you also know about the SWB issue ?. If not give me a shout and I'll fill you in :hyper:
