where are your dumpvalves sited? in the engine bay or under the air filter? What do you mean by you can feel power at 4k revs it must be the second turbo? the turbos in the 300zx are not sequential, they both boost at the same time and are the same size, if one is siezed, none will boost. and if you can hear the dump valves then your car must be boosting.

hang on ive read it wrong, what you need to know is what the thin blue wire does. hang on that should be going to the ecu's rpm signal wire too

absolutely makes sense, sounds like the racelogic is tapped into the turbo timers wire to the ignition, no doubt why its getting interference too. What you could do is find a either follow the wires from the turbo timer or splice a new wire from the racelogic loom to the cars original wire. (as in not the turbo timers wire)
