I was up along the north coast today, Anglesey, Colwyn Bay area and it was breezy but not unduly cold/wet. Come up! Trying to get a last minute gathering on the wednesday or thursday!

Is there anyone about? Fastredz and I are meeting up hopefully so I can give him some bits. I know its very short notice Im not even sure where yet but somwhere around bangor I assume. Is anyone interested? Do you have any suggestions of where we could go for maybe a bite to eat if thats what people fancy? Last minute as usual but would be nice to see/meet some other members!

I might have it lol, god knows what its saved as though, i did have a cull of about 100 numbers that i couldnt remember who they were the other day. Send me it again. Han still hasnt asked when and if she is working so im not sure. Not sure if I can be bothered to camp though. hmmm My tent hasnt been used for years and years. More preperation required... argh being away for the next week isnt helpful!

Hmm Its a possibility i might be joining you. I have an MOT booked at 8:30 - an hour thats 9:30 and its an hour to lymm so thats technically possible although it depends on how the car does at its MOT, not actually due till the end of september BUT if it fails it might need money so cost issues... And also depends if han is working (i.e if she is I can go, but if she isnt then i better hadnt... lol) Sorry for not giving an answer but if you see me there it means im coming and if you dont it means im not ;) Plus shell would really rape me for that trip! :o

Yeah he seemed ok, other than wasting my time on some seats he was suppose to be coming to collect for months but thats another story! Just seemed weird that he was on here every minute of the day and then gone!

I have had something similar in the past, sadly i was in my work van so it went to the company, they paid it and sent me the bill... grrr! So i didnt have much choice but to pay it! All done by ANPR, and I am positive there are no signs up because I have used that car park several tiems in the past when visiting a pharmacy and never had an issue.

you would be coming into northwales, which is basically northwest. As you head along the a55 onto the m56 then m6 to head south, thats the route that rest of them will be taking.

I'm told the indicator stalk is the same! LOL :)

oh yeah, fast thing but my god they are a nasty car! Unusual in one way though that as standard there is no time clock would you believe. I have a friend who has one, wouldnt take it on at any point but my god is it ugly. Also chocolate gearboxs and transfer boxes apparently. So if you get chance for a re match at a set of lights it'll most likly spit 1st through the gearbox casing ;)

Pulsar GTI-R is a fast fast car, 240bhp as standard I think, SR20DET engine like in the 200sx but with a bigger turbo as standard. Also small and its light. Lots of these with big power as well, quite easy to get 300-400 bhp from them. 4wd as well so fantastic traction. Nissan built them to go rallying but for some reason the project was never followed through and it ended up with a handfull of Pulsar GTI-R's. Interesting as they carry a p on the front, for prince (the old premium brand nissan merged with in the 30's i think it was)

More like the cat is scheming how to get in there! I love it, quite like a fish tank. there is a garden centre near me that has an indoor display tank the size of a room. Almost like a seaworld aquariam thing but with BIG fish, 12-15 inches or more. Absolutly mental, although I must admit I like slick pete tend to think what if... with regards to the battering and frying!

Doesnt matter if there was speculation in the past, I never wanted to know who he was. Infact I dont even know who ben collins is now so it doesnt really matter to me that much. Seems a shame they have to ruin a rare fun part of tv.

Sales staff who hound and who ignore are not good sales staff. It should be the sales persons job (heaven forbid) to gauge if the customer wants to buy, or wants to browse. I did it for several years in a local computer shop and I admit sometimes you get it wrong but by being apologetic and accomodating you can fix the situation. End of the day though in this time of austerity, any sales person should be working hard to keep customers happy - otherwise the customer will go else where and who'd have thought it they'll no longer have a job...

Cool cool, how do you find the autobox in it? Looks like there is plenty of room to work on it as well! :)

Sports car?? LOL Nice if you like that kind of thing, not for me though personally although the drivers seat is nice! I can see the appeal of 60-70's american muscle but not late 90's sorry.

+1 I spend alot of time in hotels and restaurants when working away, Some of the attitude and appalling service I come accross is out of this world. I remember one time, more staff than customers in a particular pub, i ordered my meal which was crap. It took 30 minutes to come it wasnt what i ordered that came, I was asked if I would like sauce i replied yes and it never came. Waited and waited for other courses and in the end brought my plates and shoved them on the bar. Dosy blonde goes "aw you dont need to do that" I replied well seeing as you're not doing it I thought I better had! As for desert, that was wrong on arrival as well. Foolishly i had paid in advance, Id have walked out long before otherwise. Never understood this tipping thing in restaurants either, and service charges they really get on my wick. I dont expect some extra money for doing my job, nor do we as a company add a certain %age on the bill to our customers for their pleasure of having us do work for them. I'm not allowed to make a fuss when im with han as she shouts at me lol. But there is no way I pay service charge when im on my own for the company and using my company credit card, not covered in my companies expenses policy ;)
