Nigel........I went for the clear indicators just to make the Z look a little more modern.......and gotta say for the money is one of my fav mods.........clear rears are next I think...... You will soon be drawn into buying goodies for your Z........ ;)

Nigel........welcome mate. The thing to remember is that the posts are "advice" and it is up to you to draw your own conclusions and decisions from this. Many people on here "know their stuff" and I would listen to them if I had a problem.....as you said you are starting to learn who these people are. I welcome advice from everyone personally......I wouldn't wear the detective hat too much bud. I would even ask Nelson about MASS! I am fortunate enough in my job to be able to flick on and off here several times throughout the day.........to learn from other peoples posts and to make my own when needed.......I consider myself lucky to be able to do this as I have a passion for my Z, not having "little else to do". Time on here is never wasted, you are always learning.

Have you run an ECU diag?

No man, they're only narrow, about 7-8 mm, sandwiched between the battery and fuel filter, an electrical connector at the bottom and 2 of these pipes above. If you think its one of the 4 big pipes, I suppose just check they're all secure and tight, check jubilee clips.

The one that would pop off most on mine before I cable tied it on was the bottom one (of the 2) just by the fuel pump, kinda behind it. This would cause mine to backfire, lose power and allsorts.

Yeah find the code for the Bosch ones then get them from somewhere like Euro Car Parts for a third of the price! Don't say what they're for cos they'll say they don't do them just take a note of the code and the length.
