On painting callipers
I did more or less the same but painted right over the letters, and then sanded them down. Using a sanding block and being careful the letters will come up nice and crisp. The caliper in the photo looks a bit grubby but I had just changed over the discs and new brake pipe so my dirty prints are all over it.

How much for a Z32?
Russ - thats cool! Its just a shame that at the moment the good ones do seem to be going for the same as the bag of bolts! When there is a whole painful world between the two! If you know what to look for then £5k will get you a good 'un.

How much for a Z32?
No-one's getting upset bud. People are just answering your question and giving their opinion. "Not forum driver inflated prices" .....hmmm, we are ALL forum drivers, so maybe none of us should've answered at all? Like you dont want to know what we think OUR cars are worth but the REAL price of them! I would say a forum like this is the best place to buy one, but it was the first thing you poo poo'd.

How much for a Z32?
TBH I dont think a 300 is the car for you. Not if you want a car problem free for 2 years. NO car can gaurantee this, especially not the ageing Z32. As for forum inflated prices, I would buy a Z from someone on here a million times over than from off of a forecourt. Still, your choice I guess.

Heavy Duty Training
I know its going to the extreme for an example, but look at The World's Strongest Man, they are mostly fat b4stards and not something I aspire to in the slightest. I am a size I am happy with so going to failure with lighter weights is good for me. My bench presses etc are still increasng so I am not sacrificing any strength gains. As I said before, everyone is different and have different goals and aims.

Heavy Duty Training
Yes..........there definatley is mate. :p

Heavy Duty Training
The thing to remember different programs work for different people, light sets, heavy sets, few sets or multiple sets. We are all different and respond in a different way to lifting weights. I personally prefer going with a lighter weight but for more reps and really feeling the burn. It just works for me. I would much rather go to failure with 30 lighter reps than say, 5 heavy ones. I might chuck in a heavy day every now and then though. But the most important thing is there is never ANY SUBSTITUTE for hard work.

cant believe ive come to this decision

(ahem) 99 spec rear lights....
Quad lamp conversion???????? nasty common old thing. I think you should do both and mount the 4 round lights in the centre panel. If I knew how to do it I would Paintshop-Pro-it-up! :D

Rear Ball Joint (rear wheel steer)...help!
Apparently there is a tool for this, but assuming you haven't got it (!) then heating it up can work, failing that then drop the wishbone off! Paul C says this is easy - but I'm still not sure we're talking about the same part!
