had the car up on ramps today and it has a bent steering rack im sure thats what they said anyway got to get quotes this week to get it all fixed

some pics cant really show the damaged steering but when the left wheel is straight the drivers is going right lol

well finally got car back on the road yesterday after getting the new alternator fitted, when tonight a woman decided it would be a good idea to cut the corner and drive into my front wing and wheel then had the cheek to say it wasnt her fault will post up some pics soon. steering damaged, wing, front bumper broken too.

hi just a quick question my battery doesnt appear to be charging sometimes, sometimes it goes fine others it just runs down. i have the battery warning light on and the rear lights warning light on when its not charging had the aa out he said it was the alternator just wondered if this was correct? just thought if it was the alternator it wouldnt charge at all and not just sometimes

couldnt say for sure if it was or not just dropped it off they fixed it and picked it up again they did say there was leaks in a couple of places though

since it was me that started this thread i thought i should mention my car went into the garage and got its oil leak fixed since then had it up to 145mph

was up the day to see how mine was coming along and u were coming in an hour to pick it up had club addy on the windows

i had this problem a few weeks back never realised till one night came out the cinema in the pouring rain and nothing no lights or that. naturally thought the worst till i lifted the bonnet and the live terminal wasnt even conected anymore lol but in the week before this it had a few niggles when running would stop accelerating at random times ect but its been fine since i got new terminals on both live and ground (mines an auto if this makes a difference)

hi i ordered my gauges and was just about to order a water temp hose adaptor just wondering what size i get or how i check cheers

i had that it was a split in oneof the coolant pipes right at the back of the engine

was just wondering if there is anyway to check oil preasure rather than the standard gauge. the gauge has always been a bit random some days it reads ok then others it hardly reads anythin. but for the last few days its been reading just above zero constantly after driving for a bit. not really want to drive it with no oil preassure lol im getting new gauges put on the pillar soon but need the car to drive the now.

just wondering how easy it is to install aftermarket water temp, oil pressure and boost gauges?

was just heading into bathgate off the roundabout from the falkirk direction with the roof off was shocked that i spotted another so close to me lol i was the guy staring in the white malcolm mcarhur van lol

just wondering if anyone has swapped the original gauge cluster for aftermarket gauges im getting an oil pressure, water temp and boost gauge fitted to the pillar so was thinkin of maybe getting a custom setup where the old ones were with speedo, rev counter ect just wondered how easy it would be

im 50 50 wether i can go or not if i have the car il def be there but wont know for sure till after the weekend

i have them fitted to my auto they were on when i bought it to be honest i hardly notice them but alot of people who have saw me drive past have said that it sounds really nice

what about something middle of the range?
