well since the car failed its mot and im waiting on it going into the garage i thought id make a start on my install i liked the old one but just found it abit plain so here is my new atempt lol going to finish the fibre glass tonight and will post up some more pics then hopefully get it retrimmed in black and orange leather towards the end of the week before after and my finished doors

and im moaning about having to pay 925 lol yours is more than it costs to buy most 300s

dont get me wrong i love how mine sounds the now i just feel that something with a little more curves would look better, everyone that sees it says that looks cool but i want them to see it and go wow thats unbelieveable lol

its all getting trimmed in orange and black leather to match the rest of the car i just feel its a bit plain like it is lol

dont mind a bit of elbow grease usually worth it in the end spent 6 hours on the inside yesterday but all worth it lol

well the car has been off the road for a year now and iv not long got it back from the bodyshop, needless to say the engine bay isnt looking its cleanest was just wondering what the best way to clean it all was and anythin i can do while im in there to smarten it up without spending lots of money lol

alot of things to reply to lol im sure to much of your disaproval the wing is going back on just getting it repaired the now lol what can i say i like it lol as for the black bit when it was sugested i really wasnt sure but he said he would paint them orange if i didnt like them but i actually think they look good when you see the car in the flesh did have the mirrors painted black aswell but i didnt like them lastly lol the only engine work i got done was getting it all running properly for the first time since iv owned it lol started the interior tonight its a slight shade lighter but i still like it will post pics when its done think iv covered it all now lol

well after a long wait i eventually picked my car up from the bodyshop tonight still missing its wing but now i can get the interior finished and get it back on the road after a year in the garage

mine will be ready by then mot will be next week so fingers crossed it all goes well but i dont see it being a problem getting it ready for this event

you might be able to fit that in the z for when it breaks down lol

lol you know after i typed it i thought no thats wrong but i forgot to type another reply lol the wing came from america guy who had the car before me paid around 900 dollars for it but to be honest its rubbish lol all the laquer its pealing off it iv had it rubbed down and painted to get rid off all the cracks

was meant to pick it up today after nearly a year to the day sice the woman ran into me but had a bit of bother with the bumper touching the drivers wheel but after 2 hours of pulling and pushing its nearly there so should pick it up monday all going well. ilove the colour oits speed orange with hok red flake through it, still a bit dusty in the pics as its still in the bodyshop but will be polished up next week and il post some better pics. let me know what u think BEFORE AFTER

was just wondering if we are going to have a regular monthly meet now? i pick my car up on tuesday so will be wanting to show its new paint job off lol was up seeing it yesterday all painted counting the minutes till tuesday now lol

well mine is in the process of being done the now - all bodywork repared and resprayed a new colour leather retrim inside ice install finished and fully up and running (that reminds me must get 150A fuse for it lol) new set of wheels fitted new lower arms and tension rods maybe a new dvd player and screens mot and back on the road

the mechanic that worked on the 300s has actually left now his name is james his contact details are listed he is working for himself now in beside cars bodyshop

i needed a clear section where the 300zx part was for the thing i was going to do thats why i was hopeing it was something i could take out and alter

has anyone took this apart was just wondering if its the cover that is black or does it have an insert inside it that i can remove?
