I think ive seen that one too mate, I wouldnt mind having a go myself but on a brand new engine i dont want to be setting anything up more then it should be. If in doubt, pay someone else :rofl: I take it that its unique to the car so theres no standard settings for the zed I could copy as all i seem to remember is something about pressing a setting whilst in 3rd gear at a certain revs so i cant just copy someone else can I?

BUMP If not does anyone have a rough idea on what it costs for a garage to set it up and any recomendations? Im thinking of adding boost jets just to spice it up a bit so would I need to add them before setting up the Apexi? I thank you :)

Thats the jobby, you can get a syncro and slap the VR6 lump in but lose quite a bit with the 4wd but as least it would lose some understeer :rofl:

Maybe but ive been toying with the idea of either whacking an S3 engine in or a MK4 20v turbo engine and playing around with both of them :hyper: The corrado and G60 conversion is quite common nowadays so would like to try something a bit different.

Right.... Took off the nose panel and a plug had worked its way across and was catching the small electrric fan, moved it and spun the fan and no more noise :D :D :D :D It was 10.30pm and the underdrives were still squeeling so didnt get a chance to really turn it over but the electric fan didnt come on straight away, does it only work when the car reaches temp? Its all sorted now otherwise so thank you ALL a million :duffer: :duffer: :duffer: Anyway of stopping the under drives squeeling like that? Its the most god awful noise ever.. reminds me of the old vauxhalls :rofl:

Ahhhhhhhhhh so it deff moves then? Ive had my air -con removed and an underdrive pulley set fitted but things arnt going too well :( Can anyone work out what the hell this racket is please? http://s61.photobucket.com/albums/h67/spongey1980/?action=view&current=100_0725.flv I know the high pitched pig being killed is the underdrives which usually goes pretty quickly but today the noise that sounds like you sticking a stick into a moving part started!

That fan shaped thing behind the first rad is that a moving part? Is there two fans? One on either side of the largest radiator?

Thats excellent wozzer :D I have one more little rad then you have there though :confused: Its a tiny strip one that goes about an inch high and along the width of the oil one like turboz said. Have you removed yours?

Can you buy replacments for both of these? Dont need them just wondered like :D Also, whats the pully thats directly beneath the fan one ( it goes straight out from the pulley into the fan ) The crank one going by the diagram?
