Ive searched untill my fingers hurt and I cant find a close up picture of a ZED without the front bumper, does anyone have one please? I wanted to know what the tiny rad in front of the larger rad was for (right underneath the air filter) and also wanted to see the pulleys and which one is for what. Ive looked at the engine by numbers but it doesnt go down that far :( Cheers

Well said that man :) Good points made there, Its not for me but I can allways appreciate how much work goes into making a car let alone the effort gone into this one even if I think its slightly OTT. If people didnt push the boundrys we would all be driving the same style/colour cars. Sounds fun doesnt it :rolleyes:

Ive got it installed but all the settings are off so need someone who knows what they are doing to help me set it up as ive heard it needs to be done while driving. A few :duffer: tokens of course to say thanks :D

Whats the milage and service/receipt history? Id say you would get your 6k as long as you can wait for the right buyer, What about part exchanging it for an audi?

My alloys are in need of a clean up and wanted to know whats the best way to polish them up as the suns out and they look shocking. The thread on the polished exhaust got me started so whats the best to use and it might need to be slighlty abrasive as they are a little mucky and misted if that makes sense so wanted to know what you guys use and have found to be the best. Does anyone have a pic of a zed without the boot on? Ive spent ages with the lid up mucking about in the boot and its lines from the rear window have got me thinking about seeing what it would look like without a boot lid on at all. Thought about the strosek rear but the tiny window i think would be too small for me so am thinking of getting a lid made that rolls down with the rear quarter windows and then lies flat almost like a caddy boot. Any pics would be great :D

Thats amazing for 6yrs worth of hard work :bow: :bow: Well done mate :D Im getting to that point now where im sitting still and earning crap money so need to do something as Im closer to 30 then 20 nowadays :( I worked it out last summer that I have driven over 200,000 just for work alone and its mindnumbing!! Im on less now at 27yrs old then I was when I was 18yrs old but that was back home in london and up here doesnt seem to compare wages wise but i have a good quality of life and can let my boy out to play a little more easily then I could have done In london so its swings and roundabouts and tells you where your priorites lie. Id prefer to have Job happyness like saz, vinz and jay then earn craploads and not enjoy it or lose the other important stuff around me. Ps: Any Jobs going at yours vinz? I make a mean tea and have perfected the rub-chin / peering hard enough untill it fixes itself look :rofl: :rofl:

Try owning a golf :rofl: :rofl: :rofl: ............. :cry: :cry: Air con belt started whirring on startup and if the climate control is turned on for any longer then 60secs it shreiks at you and drowns out the engine noise!! Then the engine fans stopped working completely, started overheating so cant sit still in the car with the engine running so this called for a trip to a VW garage for a check up and costings... £49.95 to look at the fooking thing to start with then then 4 bombshells.... Replace fans..£490.19, :cry: Replace water pump and air compressor..£949.44 :cry: Re-gas air con..£99 :cry: Fan fuse/relay??..£130!!!!! For a FUSE!!!! :nono: Anyone fancy a lovley looking golf? Testdrives are available on feezing cold days and only for a 2min drive round the village :D
