My hicas is being binned along with the air-con and anything else that saps power or is in the way. Full unorthodox lighweight pulley set being fitted too :)

Smoking from 14 untill 21 = 9 - 9.5stone, Quit and started really eating and had 2yrs out of work by 24yrs = 20st, Start smoking again and back down to 14st at 27 and im never fooking quitting again. Need to lose the man breasts and throw the sports bras away and ill be good to go again :D
