iv got the same problem, the car would feel like iv just hit a brick wall and it sounded like the engine would stop then turn back on, i asked on the forum what they thought it was and nearly all of them said it was a boost leak Nick

i would take the sorround off behind the steering wheel and have a look at the ignition barrel. i had a problem where i could'nt take the key out, i found a little red switch just to the left of the barrel that came down and locked the key in place(some sort of anti theft device i think,i dont know) any way all i done was put a bit of wood in to jam it open and put some tape over it. it may be that switch hope this helps Nick

yer iv got 2 different keys now but you can get the barral sent away and they'l modify it to fit your old key or your new key. i think they said it was about £100 to do that and it will take two weeks to do it Nick

you might be able to ring up your recovery and get them to open your door and i had to take my car to nissan to get my drivers door lock fixed, iv got the receit in front of me and it says lock and holder-£107 switch-auto do- £118 (i think thats the solenoid) cylinder lock - £46 labour £50 hope this helps Nick

its not that the wheels have got any play, its the rubber around the track rod ends has deteriated and i have got my MOT soon and i dont think they will pass it with them like that Nick

i had a look at my track rod ends today and the two rear and front, passenger side are fuc£ed and i need to know are the rear track rod ends(if they are track rod ends, please correct me if im wrong) the same as the front track rod ends? cheers Nick

i went to an exhaust garage and asked them how much it would cost to put my new exhausts on, they said £20 so i got my new exhausts and went ther toget them fitted and i made sure it was still £20. it took them 2 1\2 hours,2 blokes and a lot of heat to fit them. right bargain :D . you should try that!
